I mean arguably it's pretty clear he doesn't, he's averaging a goal every 15 minutes in the last two games!

(I do take your point though)

He does still look pretty sharp, but yeah, I'd give him a good 60-65 mins at least. This is basically a training game, pretty low risk. Just to likely to get injured in actual training.

As much as I do like Yuki he needs his engine because his first touch can be wanting at times

needs to work on it because you don`t get any time on the ball over here compared to the j league, where you can make a cup of tea in the time it takes the other side to put a tackle in

Are we good now??? Honestly I really don’t know what to say about this start. John Eustace was meant to be defensive minded, 8 goals in 120 minutes is not what we were all expecting. Especially considering we thought we were going to sign complete journeymen on loans n frees and we have signed a bunch of what look like gems from a far who none of had heard of. Have to say buzzing for the Norwich game this weekend.

It can be found wanting as much as it likes if he scores a goal a game. We've had enough strikers who are allegedly good away from goal but utterly useless in front of it.

There were several stories when Eustace joined of being pragmatic to start with, and then after a full pre season, instilling a more expansive game,  He did it at Birmingham, Kidderminster were the Barcelona/Brazil (cant remember which) of non league

This is tragic. I hated when Mowbray used to give up in the cups before a ball was even kicked, be very pissed off as a County fan this evening

We've got 12 senior, outfield players out injured. The same as we've got available and some of those are only just fit so have been rested.

It's not pretty, it's not what we'd like but the vast majority will understand it.

Concern about our depth and ability to do this over a full season but my word it's been a relief to have these two games to start the season. I thought it was going to be a going from the off, far from it.

We know how it feels, it happened to us last season.

Yeah i think Birmingham fans are still gutted their shower of Wolly’s pushed him out for Shrek. I mean his management master class got off to a great start the weekend.

Personally I liked him last season, came across calm and did his best with what he inherited. But with trav back Gally gone and the new lads in, looks a completely different team

Be mad not to give Gueye 45mins, surely?

Maybe wants to bring him on with 30 minutes left, a bit more of a typical game situation. See if he can make a difference in a shorter period.
