Firstly, I don't make stuff up about wine, betting or titbits I might hear about Rovers.

Secondly, I don't need to justify myself to anyone on this MB.  If you don't like what I post then put me on ignore.

Finally, I was asked how much I'd bet on yesterday's game and I simply answered.

If I put you on ignore I’d miss out on all those winnings by copying your bets😉

Sheff Utd conceding late at home against 10-man QPR yesterday cost me £430 in potential winnings, the absolute useless Yorkshire bastards.

Always one, every week.

I feel your pain.

I watched the extended highlights and it was a proverbial game of 2 halves, SU didn't turn out for the second one.

My son did the same. One tip I would offer in the days of cash out. When doing an accumulator, split the bet in half and cash out in certain situations. They were 2-0 up in that and like you say, QPR were down to 10. The cash out was almost 100% at one point

I was very tempted to do something along these lines, but worked on the rule of 'a cashed out bet always wins' - fallen foul of that one many times, too 😁

I ended up cashing for about £30 before FT, so at least I made a very small bit of profit.

Their biggest mistake was jettisoning Big Sam after 5 minutes in charge & replacing him with K**n, keeping him as long as they did, then following that with Berg then Appleton in the space of 3 months!!

Would still love to know who stabbed Big Sam in the back and told the absolute know nothing's Venkys to sack him.

So much shit gone on these last fourteen years its unreal.

Join the club - had a 5 match acca and funnily enough didn't feel as nervous about the SU leg as I did about a couple of the others (Brighton and Villa).

We really should have dealt with that situation better. Lazy backtracking from Dolan, JRC and Hedges. Hyam not quick enough in neither feet nor head.

Brittain strolling back making no attempt to get goal side of the scorer at any point.

It's a disaster of a goal from Rovers viewpoint.

We had a similar chance at the end of the first half but their centre half dived in to block Tronstad’s attempt. We should have done better collectively as a back 5.

Just got back from a very enjoyable city break down there. Lovely city, nice views.

In amongst the well-deserved praise for Gueye and Ohashi, might I add a note of exasperation? We defended Gallagher's poor ability for so long by going on about contribution to the team performance. The same seems to be true for Dolan for me. I still can't see any improvement at all from his first game. Constant silly spins and twirls to 'fool' the defenders seem to be his primary objective rather than scoring goals. Surely Ohashi must take his spot in the starting 11 soon?

I actually thought Sigurdsson had one of his best (not full) games when he came on. He's been a bit indifferent for a long time but looked intelligent with his play which settled us towards the end.
