Anybody know who this is?

Hi, Norwich fan here, just wondering if you could help us settle a debate.

This chap was sitting in our directors box at the game, which means he was likely a guest of either the Norwich execs or the Blackburn execs.

Nobody can work out who he is, and somebody is trying to claim that its our next Norwich signing. 

Is this somebody who is well known to Blackburn fans, e.g. a former Blackburn player?
