Crawley v Bolton was 12.30 today. That is probably a 6 am set off for the majority of their fans for a red button game.

Speaking to one of best friend who is big Blackpool fan tell me Bruce has changed to 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 depending on team selection. Bruce has played CJ Hamilton on the left wing from when he was playing right wing back under Critchley in 3-5-2 formation. He also says it nothing but playing players in the right positions and keeping it simple. He went to Charlton and says it was the best away days he had in years. 

On the strikers, They have 4 strikers there. Rhodes has just started yesterday out of the last 4 games whilst Kyle Joseph has started every game

At every level its about keeping simple and playing your players in their correct position, which some managers/head coach over fixation on style of play over results. Look at the formation, they were playing before Bruce took over, they were playing 3-5-2 formation, but Bruce has look at the squad and has thought 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 formation is the best to play with the squad he has, yesterday on the radio he said about being in a couple of more wide players in January.

when he played here i  always thought he had a good twenty minutes in him,after that he was absolutely gassed🙂

anyone know the sam barnes situation at barrow,he has`nt played a single game for them,is he injured again???

Barnes "had a set back in his injury rehab" Not sure if that is the same injury that he had last season, or a fresh one

I was at Morecambe v. Port Vale on Saturday with a Valiant mate. Not the best game of football ever, but I have and will see worse. The ends justified the means for Vale eventually, which I suppose will do for them after their recent blips in form.

 

Jordan Slew and Yann Songo'o were on the bench for Morecambe (neither came on), and Sam Hart and Jason Lowe came off the bench for Vale. I think I have just about recovered from reading those names on a teamsheet once more, though in fairness Sam Hart looked good.

Just seen this from last week, Barnes has still not played for Barrow and still not back in training
