Surprised Beck is starting. It's a gamble, he looked very raw in the footage I've seen. Harry must be miffed. The defence (and the goalkeeper of course) worries me. There's not a real hard nut among them

Could be this Derby's Clinton Mola if it goes wrong.

Not sure, if he is then it's a good game to miss. I guess we'll find out alot about Beck today, debuts don't come much tougher than this

Eustace said he's injured.

And no backward steps today.

If we keep passing the fucker backwards, and tapping it about amongst our defenders, we'll lose.

To get in at Turf Moor?

Low turnout for them on such a sunny day. 😏

They’re busy concreting Pendle Hill to cope with demand 🙄

To say that lot were going mad the other day that team they put out is frightening

It's nowhere near as good as the team they started the transfer window with.

Harry’s probably glad he’s injured. I think I’d have had JRC at left back, this is a big ask for a kid who looks more like a winger than a full back.

So it's two fold.

a) he's a LB and has been signed as one - JRC is not b) I suspect Liverpool would be furious if he's third string LB

got to make an impression early today,we are in no way going to outfootball them, make it difficult, squeeze them and hit them on the break

and for all those rovers fans in attendance, don`t forget to decontaminate when you get home🙂

I’m thinking just for this particular game. JRC has played at left back before. Failing that Brittain could play there and JRC at right back.

It is a strong XI but if we play with pride for the shirt and leave it all out there, we have a chance.

Very true but we could have done with Pickering playing..

Apparently this game is less important than Raheem Sterling going to Arsenal for the BBC. You have to really look to find the game.

Andy Murray taking a dump is more important to the Beeb than one of the richest rivalries in the whole of football.

THEIR LOSS!! 🙂

I don't think Pickering is very good - in fact after Pears he's the next biggest problem for us - but each to their own.

Perfect day for a game of football. If we can’t put in a performance today it’ll be a poor do.
