Officials did everything they could to get Burnley them 3 pts. Truth is they didn't look like scoring barring the ref gifting them one.

The best 2 chances in the 2nd half clearly came our way. Oh, and we did actually scored a 2nd goal, too.

Burnley are lucky to get a point there. Fucking scummy cunts. 

 

Like the defense ability shown by Beck, didn't like much of Baker. Travis was excellent. 8pts from 4 games is a massive start to the season.

We'll beat them cunts at Ewood 11v11.

Today we saw a real full back at large. Eustace has to stick to his principles - if you come in and play well you start next game. Beck looks 10x the player that Pickering is. What a signing

Gueye – 4 – Arguably Rovers’ best player for an hour.  Won numerous physical battles and provided an outlet for Blackburn to escape the Burnley pressure.  Let his team down with the red card.  Sent off

Ohashi – 6 – Impressive workrate in the press and created a half chance late.

Baker – 6 – Brought on the firm up the midfield and did it well enough.

Duru – 5 – Came on late and didn’t really impact the game.

Referees must be questioned every time they make a decision but as soon as you make a gesture it's a yellow card?

I understand in the extreme examples of multiple players crowding the ref or for repeat offenders but it really makes no sense for an individual player

We played with a lot more fight fair enough. But it’s a bit of nonsense this. It was like a 0.01 xG wonder goal that earnt us that point in the actual scoreline. 

But agree on the general point that it was great to see us put that full fight into it - which we certainly didn’t 2 years ago.

I would imagine they will be hovering around mid table by the time the game at Ewood comes around.

They do not look like a top six said and a bit more unrest, will have set in by then.

We were second best for long periods today, especially after the red, but the never threatened us.

Young Beck looks the part and very happy with the grit and determination today. We could have nicked it at the end, but happy with a point and very happy with the start to the season too.

Perhaps that argument would stand up if today was a one - off, but we’ve now done it several times under Eustace.

Going a goal behind under JDT almost always resulted in a defeat.

Eustace had changed our mentality for the better.

By the rules that's a yellow card.

Having said that, by the rules the Hannibal foul on Gueye should have been a straight red, his deliberate handball a few minutes later should have been another yellow.

Also, in the buildup to the Gueye red every challenge we made was given a yellow card.

Imagine being biased towards them scummy inbred cunts. What a waste of space.

We had a "good" goal chalked off, and had the 2 best chances second half to be fair.

A lot of talk about the goal being disallowed. "The game happens so quickly, it's a mistake but, but..."

Gueye is sent off. "Passions are running high but he knows what the rules are..."

So for the officials are allowed to make mistakes due to the game happening so quickly, but for the players it's different. Even though their adrenaline will be amped up 100x more.

Thise dingles really enjoy rolling on the ground was it 5 rolls from Foster at the end.  Brownhill too rolled once kokked at the ref then oushed iff for two more   Dirty cheating cnuts.  I give up if Travis' yellow was even a foul.  Perfectly.ti.ed slide ahead of the man an wins the ball cleanly THEN after the ball is gone the dingle clatters into Trav.  Utter bollox.

Well done and certainley a moral victory.  Tell you what if Big Mac keeps this up he will get the Venkies lotsa millions.  He is a player love him already.  Streets ahead of Gally.  Well done to those who found him. The League officials have to be responsible for this disgracefull officiating show.  If ever a Championship game needs a Prem Ref it is THE East Lancs derby they should have.made sure it had a good ref and assistants.

Red faces on those that talked smack about Beck before he even kicked a ball.  He keeps that up Pickering is not getting back in the side until Beck goes back to Liverpool.  Well done lad, not an easy first game the derby.
