Imagine the furore if they played him and he then got a ten-game ban? Millwall would rightly have case to say PNE were fielding a player that should be ineligible. Riversider28
Heckingbottom has really gone down in my estimation as a manager and also a person by allowing the cannibal to come on as a sub at Millwall. The club should have taken their own disciplinary action against him and left him behind at Dumpdale today. At least they’re getting a pasting at The Den.

dallydally
Osmajic has accepted the FA charge. Now let's see what ban they dish out. Hopefully he gets a significant ban!

Incredible really that his guilt was never in doubt and yet he came on as a substitute on Saturday.

Currently he is still available for their match tomorrow - if that ‘appropriate action’ doesn’t included them not selecting him then Ridsdale’s words will mean nothing.

Ianrally
The FA seem to be dragging their feet as regards a punishment.
Ianrally
After the incident I put on the BBC Football web site "Is Osmajic from Transylvania" The took it off because they said it was offensive. I don't think they understood the humour.

Sorry to quote myself but turns out (surprise surprise) that Ridsdale’s words did mean the square root of fuck all.

wilsdenrover
Admits biting someone but isn’t immediately banned. Well done FA…
Moptop1
We all know the FA are corrupted. Why does that not surprise us with regards to their conduct on other matters…
Giant
Absolutely appalling situation that the FA cannot immediately ban someone who has admitted to biting an opponent, equally bad that the club he is employed by pick him to play while he awaits punishment.
Bronzed A Donis
So PNE get the benefit of 2 goals and 3 points for a guy who's been charged and accepted it, I'm peed off Watford fans must be fuming.
roversfan99
I dont have too much of a grievance on the assumption that Osmajic gets a sufficient ban. There is precedent with Suarez so assuming a similar punishment is handed out then thats fine. Such a case is more complex than a usual violent conduct red card so will have to be considered more carefuklly, Preston have accepted the punishment and assuming he is punished adequately, ultimately it makes little odds whether that punishment starts now or a couple of games after. Say he misses 10 games, he still misses 10 games. Its just a coincedence that he happened to score tonight but say the punishment started immediately and he scored 2 in his first game back, its the same issue.

There’s nothing to consider, he bit him and he’s been charged. He should have already been banned. Suarez bit the Chelsea lad on the Sunday, he was banned 3 days later for 10 matches. There is no excuse for the FA dragging it out until now. The fact PNE have benefitted just adds salt to Beck's wound!

Bbrovers2288
One thing iv always been a bit peeved about and I believe souness brought up similar in the past but the crime or the incident was against one of our players so where are we getting justice from if he is banned playing against other teams. I’d much prefer a match ban against playing us and a fine of course for good measure
