Angry_Pirate Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 Do not underestimate the massive tactical advantage that sidestepping 3 cones and sprinting to a 4th cone oming out of the half brings professional athletes. 2 Quote

He's running with the ball through a few players, it ended up a bit loose and ahead of him and he's desperately trying to get it back. I don't think he even spots Batth until quite late and just gets to it second. It's dangerous (Batth's leg isn't in fact broken though or anything like it), but it's accidental. Very different to the Preston red that someone has compared it to, which was as clear a red as you'll see after our lad getting scythed from behind. 1 Quote

Exiled_Rover Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 How has Eustace watched our front line be completely ineffective for 45 mins and not brought Gueye on? Especially when QPR will likely sit deep and invite us onto them. 1 Quote

Doesn't matter about "intent", a desperate challenge where the player can't control himself and endangers an opponent is a red in this day and age. 2 Quote

NeilInBristol Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 Watch QPR timewaste and play the arsenal dark arts now Quote
waynerovers Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 So little faith on this forum, we've won all our home games so far this season, opposition down to ten men and people seem to think we have no chance of scoring. 3 Quote
NeilInBristol Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 Why are we crossing it in for Yuki?! Quote
Tugay-is-God Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 How did that not go in? That's what Cantwell brings us though! 3 Quote

NeilInBristol Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 Ohhh so unlucky!! Can see the positivity from Cantwell already Quote
bluebruce Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 Insane that's not gone in! All started from Cantwell actually having a dig, something we rarely do until we're in the box. Quote
superniko Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 Cantwell having a pop at goal at least!! Nobody wanted to shoot in the first half 1 Quote

I was saying it was a much a red card as PNEs, both very different challenges but you can’t lunge out of control anymore, my point was it was a very clear red card. anyways, good start to this half 1 Quote
moerpho Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 Cantwell been bright since he came on. Looks fitter than his last appereance. Quote
