Very different to the Preston red that someone has compared it to, which was as clear a red as you'll see after our lad getting scythed from behind.

Doesn't matter about "intent", a desperate challenge where the player can't control himself and endangers an opponent is a red in this day and age.

So because he's lunged in blind it's ok?

For the record wasn’t comparing it to Preston. I was saying it was a much a red card as PNEs, both very different challenges but you can’t lunge out of control anymore, my point was it was a very clear red card.
