First time where Travis / Tronstadt in midfield has really stiffled us. There’s balls on to move forward quickly and they don’t take them.

That 2 minute spell when we looked quite good was us just moving the ball quickly but simply. However too many times instead of playing that way we either try a Hollywood ball or Cantwell / Dolan tries to beat 3 players. Just keep it simpler.

Id get ACD on for Weimann and either Buckley or Baker on for Travis.

I know hes a big guy so tempting to play it hugh, but think Gueyes pace could make a big impact here. Theres a lot of space all over the pitch and he can get in behind.

Radio Lancs saying it was better, for a very short time, when Dolan went on the left wing and Cantrell came in the middle. Why didn't they stay swapped.

Could sub all 11 tbh. Failed to string more than 2 passes together all game and zero composure on the ball. Was a frantic half which at least made it entertaining.

Id swap out the attacking players and let the subs have a go none of them earnt a 2nd half.

How is Duru defensively? He's not on the bench but given his relative pace compared to other defenders, he might be an option in coming games, at least on the bench.

Gueye looked like he was warming up before half time. I reckon straight swap for Ohashi.

Dolan and Cantwell seem to find space off each other, so would leave Dolan on for now.

Pickering been poor and Travis not got into the game at all tonight.

ACD for Weimann who hasn’t got into the game at all yet.

Need to take the game to Coventry. They look poor. We are the in-form side. Be disappointed not getting something here.

Nobody had played well to be fair. Weimann off and Guyue on for me. 

Coventry doesn't look to confident at the back and aren't much better than us.

Not a meltdown by far I'm happy with alot this season but performances aren't one of them in the main. I'm just passing on what a brum fan tweeted when eustace was praised on a podcast

Yeah fucking hell, we’ve had a poor first half. We’re unbeaten in the league so far. We are going to have bad performances like every team does. It’s going to happen. We can get something out of this, they’ve gifted us a few balls while passing it around the back in the first half   They’ve got a mistake in them

That was awful. Ohashi, Dolan, Cantwell, Carter and Pickering in particular were terrible. Reality dawns. We looked like a mid to bottom of the table side! If we don't wake up 2nd half we WILL get beaten

That was a shocking half. Couldn’t keep/wouldn’t keep hold of the ball.

Pickering is our weakest link - out of position too many times.

We are in big need of a striker. Ohashi is great but he’s so isolated. Cantwell the only one with any composure but we can’t get it to him.

Big improvement needed.
