If we finished 3rd with exactly the same points as 2nd but with one less goal difference, would we be promoted as joint 2nd, or would we be in the play offs because we finished 3rd?

Doesn't matter how it goes in, we took a corner and it ended up in the back of the net.

I can't argue with that. I should have said "never look like scoring".

Offering next to nothing in midfield or up front but defending well and picking up points is great - for a short spell. The problem is that you can’t continue playing like that and expect to get out of this league. Seems obvious to me.

Nope, but it isn't the end of the season. Being on the same points as fourth is commendable.

But if we finished 6th, it's incredible.
