I have a chesterfield friend who is saying we are looking at James Berry.
Sure I've seen links before to him...Would be a big gamble signing a league 2 24 year old.

Football insider said ourselves, Watford and Swansea were looking at him back in September

Shipping out players from here who belong in league 1 then bringing in one or two who from there who are proven might not be the worst scenario.

Still need to pay some fees though, Dack, Smodz etc the players are there if you're prepared to pay for them.

Meanwhile accepting the likes of Markandy won't ever cut it at this level and clawing some money back is another avenue to go down if possible.

I see we're being linked to Thelo Aasgard again. I don't know enough about him outside of highlight reels. He looks comfortable on the ball, two footed, robust and fairly creative. Anybody who's seen more of him able to shed any more light? Work rate is the biggest thing in a Eustice team. Does he pull is weight or is he considered more of a luxury?

I'm wondering if this January could see Sigurdsson moving on. You would guess he was on a pretty decent wage for our budget, that money could probably be better spent if money is tight in Jan.

Eustace seems to want his wide players to do as much defensive work as attacking, it wouldn't really suit Siggy.

Asagaard for me it too much like Cantwell. Unless Cantwell is moving on next season, which may well be possible, there's no point in Asagaard.

I expect him to go in January

We need pace. He's not fast enough to warrant the fee they'll want for him.

I see no currants ?

A normal tea cake doesn’t contain currants, but a currant tea cake does.

Simple enough.
