Should be able to. He should be able to do a lot of things though, but he seems incapable of most of them when he's not on a football pitch. Being good at the sport and having knowledge of it don't always translate to being wise about it. The fact he has been crap at management means I don't really respect his views on players, as being able to spot a player is part of being a good manager.

A team in a higher league may be paying a higher wage contribution than Chesterfield were, yes. Although I'd imagine it's at least as much to do with testing him in a higher league. For potential resale if nothing else.

McFadzean meant to be likely to be heading to Chesterfield. It will surprise nobody if Siggy is sold this window, but if he actually is injured then I doubt he'll be going anywhere til summer.

I won't. I have no real feelings on BTA one way or the other, apart from his goals record looks a bit too slim for my liking, I just don't take Lampard's views one way or the other as mattering overmuch.

Siggy posting a picture on his socials in his training kit doesn't strike me as someone leaving this window...I presume he's sorted a pre contract elsewhere and will walk for free in the summer, along with Dolan.

Wonder whether they're up or down financially from bringing him in to replace Sanderson. I'd rather the player we've got though. I wonder if we've been sensible enough to put an option to buy in there...wait, answered my own question when I used the word sensible.

apart from the kean,appleton,berg  and coyle shambles,we`ve had some really good sides and players since the indian (alleged crooks) turned up,they` ve ruined everyone one of them

I’ve only seen 10 minutes of Sanderson but I’m pleased we’ve got him and not Hanley. He looks quicker for a start. Hanley will ok for big club if they’re looking to get promoted.
