Two thoughts 

1) is there any indication of who their lawyers are/what else they defend?  Might be of interest if they're the equivalent of Sal Goodman

 

2) why can't these numpties invest in the none profit returning entity that is me.  33k for Akon to make what's more than likely an unreleased birthday song?

Even if it comes to fruition, and I'll have my doubts particularly when there's a fee involved until I actually see him in the matchday squad, it is in no way what Eustace has made reference to wanting.

He's mentioned proven quality, big names.

This isn't that. So either there will need to be other irons in the fire coming as well, or they're just not giving Eustace what he has asked for/wants/has been promised.

Its hard to get excited about Kargbo potentially signing.

We do need a quick winger, mind you we thought we were getting that with ACD. And he would be permanent. But its hard not to draw paralells with Telalovic, he seemingly thrived in Serie C and has struggled in Serie B. Its not a signing befitting a Championship play off push and even chaddy was critical of it. 

No doubt he will be our only permanent signing too. With one or two loans on top.

To be honest I’m not blown away either, but I’d take Phil Mitchell on the wing if he had a lot of pace right now, any body will do.

Kargbo isn’t a marquee signing at all but I mean writing him off immediately is a tad harsh 

maybe he could thrive playing with better players who knows 

or he could be a complete bust 

but as mentioned before we need pace and our wingers at present just don’t have that or the whole team in fact so if anything he should bring that - what comes after the pace well who knows

I dont think people are writing him off. Just saying its an underwhelming signing.

Im sure as with everyone he will be judged in a Rovers shirt if he signs.

If we can spread the game like we do, creative players like Cantwell needs runners to switch to...Hedges can't run and scrappydoo on the other side just isnt up to it.

Im happy enough with Kargbo...But we need more.

Shouldn't we judge the player and any player how they play here? 

I get you 2 examples of players you probably thought were underwhelming signings when they signed in Steven Nzonzi and Chris Samba. 

Also haven't we scouted this player given we were linked with him in the summer.
