My prediction is we will get one Premier League academy loan, possibly Danns although if Sunderland are even slightly interested they'll beat us to that one, or another option in desperation, and then we will big that and Kargbo up as serious transfer business.

Laughably bad if so, and only more evidence if ever anyone needed it of the urgency with which we need rid of the rotten regime and charlatans working for it.

sunderland appear to be pushing  for the top 2,they`ll spend a significant amount on a proven striker,very much doubt they`ll go for an inexperienced 19 yr old

I think it will harder than if we had sign quality striker. Plus alot of pressure on Danns at his age. Maybe he will surprise us all like Cannon did at PNE but deffo than if we have spend some money on a quality striker signing.

We were only even going to sign 1 winger not 2. Maybe the other one is left back or striker we are unaware off. Who knows. Only 29 hours left now

Because this was on Thursday and we have since signed Kargbo but dont appear to be close to anyone else. Or maybe it was someone else that has since fallen through.

Out of interest, how are you going to try and polish this January window turd when we only bring in one or two more loans, having in total spent £1m on an unproven winger?

We've left it to the last minute again to save a couple of hundred grand. Now it's all down to the last day again and our record from the previous two January deadlines is calamitous. We somehow sit in 5th with a threadbare squad and have already wasted several winnable games this month. If Eustace is not backed tomorrow then I think it will be even worse than the previous January debacles. You'd think this would open the eyes to any remaining Venky sympathisers but it probably won't. I just cannot see how they will try to explain their failings when we all know that FFP and incomings are on our side and clubs behind us in the league are far outspending us. Could be a dark day tomorrow (again).

Warning signs were there on Friday when the never-heard-of before Kargbo was rolled out as a big signing  before kick off.  

Couple of low quality late loans will be it now.

Terminating Forshaw's contract (or just unregistering him) and bringing in someone useful would be a smart move. Your backup players shouldn't be a total liability when you need to play them. Injuries and suspensions are part of football after all.

The current players have done so well and deserve the chance to finish the job, it wouldn't be fair to bring in others

Other players could disrupt team spirit and camaraderie 

We'll only sign players if they are the 'right level' and 'right fit' 

Injuries are returning so there's no real gain in signing more now and then having 'too many' players

We've only got space in the squad for one more so we can't add plenty.

There's just not enough time left on deadline day with agents, clubs and players changing demands all the time.
