roverblue Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Surely any foreign signings are now off the table, how would they get to Blackburn in time for any sort of medical or paperwork? 1 Quote

Only a Dingle would defend the Bi-annual deadline day shitshow. Perhaps something to consider? 8 Quote

He was outstanding during his time at Forest .. https://www.nottinghamforest.news/2020/08/07/end-of-season-report-yuri-ribeiro-shows-class-in-maiden-nottingham-forest-campaign/ Looking less & less likely at this stage is goal machine Mostafa .. Mostafa Mohamed's last 4 Ligue 1 games: - penalty won to secure the draw ✅ - goal in the 90th minute to secure the draw ✅ - winning goal to secure the 3 points ✅ “Mostafa Mohamed will stay at FC Nantes. We need him, the club needs him, and the coach appreciates him. It will therefore naturally remain in Nantes" (Owner of FC Nantes ) So are we to assume Yuri and whatever loan scraps we can pick up from the Prem for the striker, and that'll be our window done? Absolutely correct. Rudy and the pudding must be relieved that they're within hours of hitting Pasha's target of spending as good as nowt Quote
rovers11 Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Danns expected to go to Sunderland today. Mustafa is surely a no go after scoring yesterday. BTA is in good form at Coventry so that's a no go. They had all month to sign striker and now options are fading fast. 6 Quote
Rover down South Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Reading that Danns is off to Sunderland. Nantes keeping Mohamed. I’m sure there’s some injury prone striker sitting on the bench in league 2 we are lining up. With the injuries to Ohashi & Leonard we should have had a striker in and training today. How underwhelming this window has been given the names we’ve been linked with! 4 Quote

Key personnel in those roles have changed from previous season. Maybe something to consider here? 🤔😁 2 2 Quote

Inferi Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Finally the final day of the transfer window is here. The only day where the true quality players are obtainable. Sure glad we didn't panic and sign dross like Whittaker or Aasgaard. 3 Quote
Popular Post TheRevAshton Posted February 3 Popular Post Posted February 3 We're missing out on every single one of our targets, almost all for money related reasons despite the fact that we're back to only targeting loans. Low-balling on wages and dragging their feet, all the way until another Club swoops in. They're an embarrassment... penny-pinching, amateur, shameless bastards. We'll sign this left-back i'm sure of that... low wages, no competition etc. But they've had a full month to sign a striker and failed, there is absolutely no excuse - Eustace deserves so much better. 26 Quote

Penwortham Blue Posted February 3 Posted February 3 I can’t believe that we can’t even land Danns, we should be considered the perfect fit given track record and location. 6 Quote

It doesn't make it ok because other clubs haven't got there targets. This is 3 Januarys out of the last 4 where we have been sitting in the top 6 come the end of the January window and failed massively. Change of personal nothing to do with it. 6 Quote

That’s unless it’s already down the line and they are in the country. Rumours probably come to light 2/3 days after clubs speak surely 1 Quote
roversfan99 Posted February 3 Posted February 3 So seems like there is a very real chance that we dont sign a striker at all. 3 Quote
