To help you, I'll give you my mark based upon what's happened so far in 30 odd days with just 12 hours or so to go. And my mark is 1 out of 10. IMO, a p1ss poor performance and I would put money on even you doing better. Although I don’t really like gestede, it’s no coincidence this is the 3rd transfer window in a row it’s been a shambles, gregg had the same problems and it’ll continue until waggot, suhail and venkys are gone. Doesn’t matter who the face of it is, I’d imagine theirs different ambitions behind the scenes, lots of squabbling and nobody is on the same page = shambles every time.

I suppose the loons trying to defend this shambles will point towards 'no big sales' and not giving our captain to a rival club as a step in the right direction.... Yes and no. Ipswich paid his wages and we probably got a loan fee. He simply couldn't play in JDT's system and was being disruptive. The mad thing is that JDT and Waggot / Suhail fell out almost immediately afterwards and the system Travis couldn't play in left with JDT. pick32
Middlesbrough have landed there top targets, they won’t be going in for Armstrong, if we wanted him we could get him over Sunderland, owners just won’t sign off on it.

Agreed but Glad we did in a way, because he seems a completely different player. Worked wonders has that loan and found his mojo again. Eddie
Just now, Exiled_Rover said: We don't rely on anyone misfiring. We're a very, very well drilled defensive unit. Over 180 minutes against a good team we would rely on the opposition misfiring. You look at our results so far against the current top 6 and we've not done super well. We've scored 5 and conceded 7, but we've also been on the back foot. I don't think xG is perfect, but we've created an average xG of .87, whereas our opposition have created an average x6 of 1.48 (our season average is .97, so, unsurprisingly, the good teams are creating a lot more chances against us). We've actually been fairly efficient, as an xG of 6.07 has resulted in 5 goals (although that includes the Weimann strike against Burnley). Our well-drilled defensive unit has benefit from some slight profligacy, with an xG of 10.37 only resulting in 7 goals. The sample size is so small that you can't read that much into it, but it's still an indicator that we would be up against it if we had to play 3 matches against top 6 sides.

The inflexible system was getting us whalloped like a dusty rug so those not in favour may have had a point. I loved JDT's ideas and style of play but his inflexibility tactically and (lack of) man management skills were infuriating.

Something about it made me think we were going to leave it late again. I think this time, we’ll probably end up doing nothing, despite leaving it extremely late already. I’m also squeezing in a medical procedure today, tbf, so it’s not a total waste of time. Every likelihood that I grab an Ole & Steen Stænger on the way home as well, because I’m quite cosmopolitan like that. I’ve been thinking of getting a lobotomy to help deal with this shite

His stats are shit Afc Wimbledon was ages ago.Ennis looked good when he played at a similar level. When was the last time he got 10 goals in this division?(just checked actually last season) He doesn't get anywhere near the starting team at a top 6 rival yet we should sign him I'd be underwhelmed but better than a kid nobody has heard of Edited February 3 by islander200
