I'm just saying, as a man who despises those fraudsters, that they would argue that they have invested enough in the squad, and we have wasted it. Only way is to re start the protests at the end of the season, and get rid of them, no matter what it does for the future of the club later on. We should take our chances away from Venkys, because this cannot continue like this .

Yeah unfortunately due to our messing around with contracts we have created a community of players who have made a huge amount of money running down their contracts. Dolan will know Lenihan, Diaz, Rothwell who each will have made hundreds of thousands from letting their contracts expire. I am sure he will have a Whatsapp exchanges with them to discuss the best way of getting the best deal.

I'm with you. But I feel the time, energy and 'togetherness' for protests of any substance has been and long gone. I don't personally consider protests will ever, or have ever, had any particular impact on Venkys of Pune. They just aren't interested.

Will be an affordable salary and will probably get flogged in 1/2 years for a good fee, would be a smart investment.

In an earlier post of mine, I said that these days I just watch the games, check the scores and move on..I'm no longer moved if we lose. There is something that's just lost with this club, so I just watch a game like I would any other game.

Someone linked a signing from Switzerland as a speculation signing earlier.  For my 2 cents I'm throwing in football manager cheat code Derek Kutesa from FC Servette 

 

27 year old goal scoring left winger, bags of pace, contract up in june.  13 in 23 this year, 11 G+A in 36 last year.  

 

GBA exempt due to champions league experience.
