These are the bulk of his minutes, as he played over an hour in all of them and 84+ minutes in over half of them, with none of his sub appearances being particularly lengthy. In the cups, 90+ minutes at CF in the FA Cup, 90+ minutes at CF in the League Cup, and another two full matches in the Leage Cup, one at LW, one at RW. He scored in each of those games played wide, one of them against Spurs. So actually, all told, he's scored twice as many goals out wide as he has up front, in a fraction of the game time. Not only has he not been mostly played wide, but it isn't what's holding back his scoring. But the majority of all league games he’s behind their number one striker or even their number 2 striker point is he hasn’t been played sufficiently enough at 9 at Coventry for fans to say he’s bollox when wright plays he’s the 9 BTA operates the wings more just because he might have lined out there doesn’t mean he played there. That’s the problem with websites the don’t tell the full story Edited January 15 by Emerald Isle Rover 1 Quote

What I said, is that he's possibly the worst footballer i've ever seen; his touch, ball control, shooting, dribbling, positioning. Absolutely not of Championship standard. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. Quote

Saw on X. Link to an Italian local paper. Roughly translates to say a Blackburn representative was at the Cesena game on Sunday to watch Augustus Kargbo. Game finished 0-0 and he was subbed off. Are they on this forum? I mentioned that fella yesterday. I wouldn’t call myself a ‘Blackburn Representative’, nor was I in Italy. 1 Quote

It happens, especially if they're fast, Bellamy was a striker who was even better when he drifted out wide. He was never selected and played as a winger. 1 Quote

I literally made Kutesa up as a name because he scores for fun on my football manager save and someone linked a YouTube video of some Argentine who scores goals in Switzerland too. That said, his highlight reel does look like what we need! 3 Quote

If they were not Eustaces preferred signings then I can fully understand why he is now solely focusing on experienced players who can cope at this level. Meanwhile a 1 in 2 proven championship striker costs 8m to 12m. We have to ve realistic. In my view, we are relying on Eustace's knowledge to identify some potential unseen by others. The main question is whether he fits the bill of being the goalscorer that Eustace would like based on his media comments. He isnt a natural goalscorer so no. He brings other things, hes quick, he works hard and he has scored goals at this level but at best at a 1 in 4 ish rate. At worst, we have seen that this season. Question is whether you get someone like Thomas Asante where you know roughly what you are going to get, and its certainly not a top 6 level goalscorer, but offers more than our current dearth of options. Or if youve got the expertise, you perhaps gamble abroad, there is better value there but if you ger a mixture of bad scouting and bad luck then you get another dud like Gueye. 1 hour ago, Tugayisgod said: Clearly unaware of any interest and keeping things vague. 15 minutes ago, davulsukur said: Random twitter guy (who i think got something correct in the summer?)
