David Dunn wouldn't mind Rovers going for Bristol City striker Sinclair-Armstrong before the deadline ends

David Dunn needs to lay-off the smack.

The transfer deadline draws ever nearer! We might as well close this thread now because anything of worth/quality simply isn't going to happen. The death spiral continues - SO predictable!

He's scored 3 goals this season (no assists) and they bought him for nearly £3m in the summer.

Not the brightest is he, Dunn.

Yeah when your marquee signing is someone like Kargbo when you look at the deals everyone else is making it makes you cringe.

Nahki Wells 34 year old almost scored two goals today hitting the winner... thats the calibre needed. One who knows how to score in this league.

If Eustace does want out as per the other thread, then there’s going to be nobody at the club pushing to get players in.

A Venky shit show with no end in sight.

If Eustace wants out he should walk but again I disagree with Eddie in a lot of things re Eustace but he did know what he was coming in to

He won't walk, but he'll be putting the feelers out for a new job in the summer.

He's been badly, badly let down when even a smidgen of investment would have us comfortably in the playoffs.

No-one in their right mind would just walk away from a well paid job.

If he is intent on leaving he'll find something else  soon enough.

We don’t know what promises he was made.

Disagree, if assurances were made along the lines of "Yes we know what happened with the last manager but lessons have been learnt and you'll be backed" then you're entitled to take that at face value initially.

A cursory glance at how they treated JDT before signing his contract would let him know that they don't keep their promises.

His issue is Pasha/Waggott will likely be demanding big bucks for him. What’s he got left, 18 months? If he does want to leave soon, then he may need to resign or strike a deal.
