Prepare for last-minute failures---"just couldn't get it over the Line" etc

So start earlier you cretins.

("Make that "you conmen.")

No need to compromise, I think we can go with 'cretinous conmen'.

Eustace’s pre-match presser tomorrow.. When asked, he’ll most likely repeat the weekly “nothings close that he’s aware of” or he’s “still hopeful of 2 or 3 quality players”, time is running out.. shambolic window.
Manager frustrated and fans fuming!

Things could get a whole lot worse come 11:01pm on Monday night.

The most predictable quotes ever tomororw.

Almost certainly no new players in the squad v PNE as we all expected.

So, if we signed Youan, Cissoko and either BTA, or Adebayo with Siggy outgoing, are we all set!?

As simple as that.

More chance of Adebayor than Adebayo.

Should be going for that Oxford Tyler Goodham from Oxford

Who does he play for?

Harry, the goalie at Mill Hill St. Peters many years ago had a similar pattern for organising his defence at free kicks, to Rovers approach to lining up new players in needed positions. It used to go something along the lines of, "Left, left, LEFT! LEFT!... LEFT! LEFT!....Oh fucking hell!"

He never seemed to learn.. A good shot-stopper on his day, and talked a good game, but there was always a lot of muttering and downcast looks when there was a free kick situation near the box..

Life is full of funny little fractals like that, dontcha think?

Eustace wants quality additions to the squad I.e. players better than what we already have, that can go into the first team and make a real difference. We all want that.

However, “quality” is a very subjective term and so can be interpreted differently by different people. Unfortunately for us, the people deciding what determines quality are our moronic, penny pinching, senior management team!!

Quality found at “Poundland” and quality found at M & S or John Lewis are two very different things. Eustace is hoping for something from M & S, but he’ll be sadly disappointed when, if he’s “lucky”, he gets quality from Poundland or more likely the charity shop.
SW and Suhail will gleefully announce that they have delivered what the manager asked for and supported the team to reach the playoffs, but will only have filled a squad with bench fillers.
Venkies will be happy because they haven’t been asked for more funds and expect the fans to be happy and grateful.

I hope that if this turns out to be scenario come the end of the window, the true Rovers fans will give them hell.

Nothing other than two random media outlets giving conflicting info regarding this, no?

These two? They both got it from Africa Foot and provide a link to it.

Cheers, I'm actually disappointed because no way he is worth £1mil, I thought €800k was fair but we have become desperate

We have no idea whether he is worth £8,000, £800,000 or £8M ! A total unknown and almost certainly not what Eustace asked them for 🤷‍♂️

Well done to the dev's in getting the site back up and running in just a few hours - we finally have somewhere to collectively moan about Rovers again! 😅

(But no seriously well in lads, CloudFlare issues can be a nightmare as far as i'm aware)

I was worried, the BRFCS management had moved to the dark side with a news blackout 😂

Perception about a potential signing of Kargbo might depend on what else we do.

Credentials arent great, thriving at Serie C before not really replicating that in Serie B.

Doesnt appear to be a Eustace signing but hopefully gives us some pace and flair.

If he is coupled with a permanent striker, whether someone like BTA or whoever, then fine.

If its Kargbo and a loan striker as I expect, not acceptable.
