Speaking of Mowbray, and apologies this is completely off topic, I read Utd played Mainoo has a false 9 yesterday. Memories of Bradley Johnson doing the same...

Mainoo is definitely an AM. You saw at the Euros, he was clueless in CM.

Our rivals for signing Woodrow are the mighty Barnsley by the way. We are trying to steal mid table league one teams’ targets. I am logging off until tomorrow I’m a Chaddy post away from exploding.

Woodrow hahaha!

We've literally signed 3 rejects this window! This is the lowest of the low.

We're literally only going for players who aren't wanted at clubs that are generally faring worse than us. Considering the money we should have this whole farce is an embarrassment.

Above Eustace there is absolutely no desire to succeed.

Transfer dealings so far:

Forshaw (free)

Sanderson (loan)

Kargbo (£1m)

Ribero (free)

I hate to continually be negative about our transfer window but I'm appalled by it. Will the LT be brave enough to ask the tough questions to the club after yet another transfer window shambles?

Eustace will leave in the summer and I don't blame him for doing so. We're building a midtable league 1 team at present.

Only kargbo that has the potential to improve our team, the rest are just reliable back up cover at best. (although I don't think Forshaw has anything left to offer at all at this level)

Woodrow fits the bill. Cheap, no other championship clubs after him, low wages. Oh and not very good. That one has a big chance of coming off.

We are seriously building a midtable league one team here when we're FIFTH in the championship.

Honestly it's looking more and more like we'll be in administration long before we assemble that mid-table L1 side.

There's clearly absolutely no money.

Woodrow would be the bottom of the barrel of a lot bottom of the barrels

3 goals in more than 60 games for Luton! Waste of space but he won't cost much which Venkys will love!

At least Shankland has scored goals. I’d take him over Woodrow if it was one or the other

Sorry couldn’t resist, it really is like picking between two blokes to have a do on your wife.

If after a full month’s transfer window the answer to their question is Cauley Woodrow then they need a psychiatric evaluation, every single one of that transfer team, including the new faces are muppets.

What if I don’t want Woodrow or Shankland? What are we supposed to be hoping for?

I genuinely thought they’d pull a finger out and JE seems the right kind of manager to get the best out of what he’s given. Certainly don’t think he’d be shitting over a new signing that does make their way to us.

But I reckon he’s made his agent more than aware that he’d be open to a move, at least by the end of the season, if not before.

Again, how Suhail or Waggott walk freely among the punters in the fan lounges is beyond me.

"We've bought Thelo (Aasgaard) in who was going to start in that number 10 option which Cauley can play, and again it just felt the right thing with what’s been going on.

“I think Cauley is an absolute diamond by the way. He’s a proper Luton guy.

Thelo Aasgaard.

It's looking like we're interested in the player he's replacing.

Bit of a smack in the face to everyone who said we didn't need Thelo Aasgaard. We're getting the shit version!

Waiting for ‘judge him in a Rovers shirt’ for anyone that dares question Woodrow; who has scored roughly a goal every 20 something games over the last few years and is being let go because Luton signed the guy from where Thor is from who most fans wanted.

The barrel isn’t being scraped we’ve smashed through that bugger and reaching the earths core here

Reminder we sit in the top 6 right now, other clubs strengthen and once again we self sabotage

So we wanted more input in attack, then we're heavily linked with a slow as fuck striker with a completely shit goal record...

Woodrow is not the answer, fucking abysmal window given our position. Piss take.

Id choose Woodrow, given his poor finishing record
