Ticks all the boxes and still people moan. Should be a great signing.

Not kicked a ball for approaching year and on upwards of £50k a week.

If we get 2021/22 Dennis then happy days

Edit: £4m a year apparently so £75k a week

You have to say Waggott has outdone himself here, dragging Fabrizio Romano into his web of lies.

Watch this deal collapse at the last minute.

This sort of mental gymnastics is fascinating

Romano is one of the most reliable in the transfer stories game.

I understand that, my comment was in reference to the fact we have had three players in the last 2 years "signed, sealed and delivered", that have fallen through because of sheer incompetence on our end.

I won't trust anything we sign tonight until we get full confirmation tomorrow.

Nixons in on the act. Saying it's a loan

Where is he saying loan? Could believe it unless he's taking a big pay cut but don't see it mentioned.

From a Forest mate:

Emanuel Dennis to Blackburn is a good buy imo. I like Dennis, but frustrating for us when he’s trying to take on every player instead of squaring the ball but he’s a good weapon. Fast & Good finisher too

Emmanuel Dennis fit or not would be a brilliant signing for us. Even if takes a few weeks for him to get up to speed. Same as cantwell coming in having not played any pre season at rangers. A fully fit in form Emmanuel Dennis doesn't come here. Simple as that. Praying we get it done. We still need an out and out striker.

If Dennis signs then we're getting someone who can play across the forward line, gives us options and flexibility.

The question will be is how match fit is the lad. Not kicked a ball since last season, what's that all about? Presumably he just didn't manage to get a move in the summer and has been stuck at Forest ever since.

Dennis is another one who's suffered from the Forest buying frenzy from a few years ago.

He played his best when settled at Club Brugge (granted that's a while ago) and similar for Watford.

If it's a permanent, it's above what I expected from this shower.
