I would say stats don’t always tell the whole story, I’m sure Danny Graham didn’t have great stats after his good seasons with Watford

Majority of this board was up in arms about signing Graham, he got no end of stick.

No idea why Woodrow is getting abuse, I’m quite pleased with getting him in.

He has looked ok whenever I have seen him. Not brilliant, but not crap either, IMO. I think he's better than Leonard as it stands and he would offer us more than he does.

If it was just Woodrow coming in that would be quite underwhelming. In addition to Dennis though? I'll take that as we have options then.

Dennis is on hefty wages... a bit strange and off character if we do end up signing him.

If we’re not paying £4,000,000 in a transfer fee should be able to pay the loan wages.  No guarantee the money would be there in summer anyway.

Am I right in saying if both players are coming for medicals then the finances have been agreed?

Obrian and McGuire had medical a and were announced so nothing is done until they’re on the pitch

I think it would be best if we gave a good luck all the best to siggy if he is away in the summer anyway, looked handy initially but just hasn’t shown enough and always injured.
other than him I could see the end of the road for rankin- costello , had a decent spell a few years back but either injured or out of form these days, not going to be a regular. Like him but think he needs a move

"Rovers remain in the top six" ...

Still in the Top 6 regardless of the result 🤣

They'd have still been in top 6 anyway, rovers are 5th so could only drop one place if boro got a result.

2 more fucking loans

The most short term thinking club ever.

So agree. We don't use the transfer window to solve problems, we just push the problems down the road a bit.

Come summer we'll be scrambling to resign those players out of contract who we don't want to lose for nothing and trying to fill all the holes left by loanees returning to their own clubs.

Its no way to run a club but it seems the only way with Venkys.
