Rover down South Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Good decision with Weimann, think he’ll score again tonight. ACD should have started though. Quote

yankfan Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Weiman playing a flash 9? Sure seems to be checking deep to start. Quote

Pretty sure he played as a CF at Villa and Bristol City and for Austria? In most articles he's described as a striker. If not playing there every week certainly enough. Whether he still can is another matter. Quote
yankfan Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Dolan with three chances in a row to play a useful ball and every touch was tragic 6 Quote
yankfan Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Oh boy Weiman! Through and in and shoots for the car park 1 Quote

The Dolan / Hedges defensive solidity seems to work at the moment. Exactly. We've just lost at home to Burnley and Hull. I'm not suprised he's picked Hedges and Dolan. Hedges might allow Beck to get forward more often. I'm also not suprised Gueye isn't starting. We knew that would happen when he didn't start at Boro. I'm a tad suprised Leonard isn't upfront, but a strikers currency is goals and he didn't score any. Quote

Valconite Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Must be nice having strikers that know how to hit the target. Quote
Eddie Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Pretty awful from Weimann. We should clip that highlight and send it to India. It may even convince the blind that we are in need of a better goalscorer. 2 Quote
Bethnal Posted January 15 Posted January 15 It’s immaterial and things don’t work out this way, but if I could design a scenario for a chance to fall to Leonard, it’s that one. Needs a moments like that to break for him while he’s building confidence. It’s early but the lack of a focal point is very clear as we build through the middle third. Hopeful they clear it up as we play. Quote
Andy Posted January 15 Posted January 15 I know it's early and I've been one of the more 'on the fence' fans with him, but Buckley has been horrific so far. Literally passing to nobody and just panicking with the ball at his feet. Dolan not much better. 1 Quote

London blue Posted January 15 Posted January 15 This is a dreadful game of football. Anyone got a first touch? Quote

Bethnal Posted January 15 Posted January 15 He’s been a liability so far but that’s an excellent cross from Dolan, where has that been in his play?! 1 Quote

norwichblue Posted January 15 Posted January 15 We could be 2 up here. Hope it’s not going to be one of those nights. Quote
rock steady Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Mentioning no names, but always amazes me when pros can't kick a football properly. Good work from Dolan, Hyam should score but heads over. Quote
