Looked pretty serious to me, got him right on the ankle.

Wouldn’t have been given back in the good old days. Play on

How far back are you going for that to be a justifiable challenge?

Not in your lifetime probably. Not that long ago for me

She isn't actually the VAR, she is working for TV. She was very succinct in her description though.

I know I was referring to the likes of Mike Dean and Peter Walton who Daren't criticise the refs or the var decisions in their punditry

Not sure we'll be seeing a worse side in the whole tournament than Scotland, they are piss poor. When you have Che Adams leading the line it's beyond desperate.

What kind of formation is Clarke playing? The players look confused and uncomfortable with it. It looks like a 5-4-1 but they are so narrow the Germans are playing down the sides. Poor from Clarke.

Its a formation that they have been playing during Clarke's tenure there.

In fairness to her both times they went to her she gave a decisive answer unlike the Premier league coverage where they um and ah and agree with whatever decision is given.

Specialist in sports law then. That maybe works as they look at it like a case, facts and evidence only.

Think I like it.

Too many refs (vars) just seem like people pleasers towing the company lines.

American lawyers are animals, they're interested in pleasing no-one.

They may be onto something. They are called the laws of football.

I think statistically he was the best keeper in the Championship last season. Imagine how shit Pears would look at the Euros

Special thanks yanky doodle for educating us on the offside rule. Just when I think we’ve hit the nadir for box ticking and I begrudgingly accept the modern world. They think of new inventive ways to irk me.
