Not sure that is an offside goal as Todd is ahead of the defender when playing the ball in as it looks excellent play

It’s clearly offside

Well if the lino sees Toddy as behind the line it’s not offside no matter where Hyam is

Are you guys playing by different rules in Scandinavia? If you pass forwards and at the moment the pass is played the receiver is beyond the defender that is always offside.

Wow shock result but fully deserved. It was the perfect away performance.

As the Sky commentators said, if we had some more pace and quality up top then we'd be a real force. We are incredibly well organised but we have to score the first goal in games.

I'd certainly take our league position at this stage! Eustace is working miracles.

Bet Boros fans are going absolutely mental... ,😂

Fuck it. It should have been a red card in the first half too, swings and roundabouts 😜

If my Auntie had bollocks she’d be my Uncle. But Venky’s.

It's not about the position of the player playing the ball, but the player receiving it and the trajectory of the ball.

If the cross had been a sideways ball, it could never be offside.

But Hyam was behind the last defender and the ball is played forward, so it's offside.

We're due some luck then 🤞

Eustace needs to be backed in January. We’re a striker and a winger short of a team capable of staying the distance.

You’ve not read the Venky’s script, we’ve been here before…

From memory we don’t win many mid-week away games.
I’m sure those shocking stats have appeared on here at times.

Eustace seems to have a knack of winning matches we don’t expect and long may it continue!

And 3 points against Pompey would have had us in 6th place.

We shouldn't be too surprised if what the BBC said before the game, that they hadn't beaten us at

their place for 12 years.

Still I am very surprised, I thought they'd be far too quick for us.

Very well done the lads, now onto Leeds on Saturday, they've won 3 on the bounce too and scored plenty.

Let's see what happens eh.

so did lambert, mowbray and tommason,we all know what happens in january, especially if we are close to the top six

Lambert signed a load of players in January iirc. Mowbray signed BBD.

The one that was shat on was JDT and he was the best manager of the lot.

Let’s hope Eustace isn’t fucked over like JDT was.

Such a fan of John Eustace. Said it last year I'd take this style of footy over the suicide stuff and I stand by it. Might not be pretty at times but it's mostly competitive and when it is you have every chance of nicking a win in this division.

Back 4 did very well today. Pears again looking composed which is great to see. Nothing major to do.

Thought Trav was brilliant, was like a wasp and was driving forward the whole game.

Tronstadt industrious. Reads the game very well and shields the defence very well.

Cantwell showed how good he can be with that assist and a few other flashes, would like to see a little more consistency but he is luxury and happy we have him.

Hedges was poor, don't mind him in the squad but need more.

Ohashi was busy but very little threat.

Dolan was poor, slow and laboured, miss an absolute sitter and wasteful in possession.
