If the FA really want to support the lower end of the leagues then why not , because the no replay rule stops the smaller clubs from having a windfall, give ALL the gate receipts to any club from league two or below, whether the game is home or away?

Whilst Wolves’ form has picked up a bit recently, the 4 matches they have before we play them are away at Newcastle and Chelsea and home to Arsenal and Villa. They could be very much in the relegation fight by then.
