Cherry Blue
RANT on digital tickets. I fully understand digital tickets but its wrong to impose this way of ticket process on those that don't understand. Also, the World thinks everyone has an APP. Crazy, everyone does not have an APP. RANT over. Edited February 5 by Cherry Blue

I guess it’s about whether selling at say £10 (bearing in mind it’s Sunday lunch & streamable) would move the dial sufficiently to be revenue neutral. As an aside…here is a LinkedIn post from the club’s former head of marketing…👀

Season ticket holders can add them to their season ticket card Also when you buy a digital ticket you get a pdf attachment the tickets and you can print them out

I'll be honest and say it does annoy me for concerts etc Been taking my daughter (now 17 so ending after this years kendal calling) to concerts and festivals for the last few years....seems a shame she can't collect tickets like i used too....although it doesn't seem to bother her as she doesn't know any different I do prefer digital for football though

Mattyblue
Paul Fielder, wasn’t it? Said ‘kids don’t like football’ so don’t bother with cheaper tickets for them, should sell them ‘FIFA skins’ or something instead. 🤦♂️ Yeah feck the next generation of customers, marketing 101. SuperBrfc
That's the one. Also supposed to have said "there's nothing special about Blackburn Rovers". The nerve to say something like that infront of a few fans. He's lucky those fans were there in a professional capacity. Sums up this ownership though and the people they have had in senior roles. Not one of them good enough or deserving of being at this club.
Waggy76
I am not bothering for 3 reasons: 1 Digital Tickets . 2 Disgraceful transfer window . 3 Another daft kick off time.
arbitro
With the managers policy on penalty takers (let them sort it out amongst themselves or similar) we hopefully have some tranquility when deciding the order should this game go to penalties. MarkBRFC
Sunday 12/1230 is the worst kick off time there is. Not surprised the ticket sales are really slow. My lad plays Sunday mornings so this is a no-go, I imagine there must be hundreds of parents/kids in the same boat with grassroots football on a Sunday morning. It looked like Trav was following management orders as skipper taking control of the ball and calling up the penalty taker for the two penalties I saw in real time. The enthusiasm to take the penalties suggests they have been practicing and feel really confident.

Eustace said after the penalty against Leeds that he hadnt allocated a penalty taker and judging by the nonsense after both awards in the last week, that hasnt changed. Eustace should pick a taker/an order depending on who is on the pitch to avoid any arguments.

My lad plays Saturday's and the ko's are always after 11...add to that I now live about an hour and half away on a good run I can't make Saturday games in his season So although Sundays KO isn't great we're coming over...I'm hoping tickets start selling a bit better

I work for a certain rail company which still uses faxes, so thinking of asking the ticket office to fax a ticket to me 😉
