Kelly Somers managed to get RVN's Leicester, Wayne Rooney's Plymouth and Frank Lampard's Coventry into consecutive sentences there. Stop all that bollocks and have some fucking respect

Drove me mad too.

Although recently, i have become acutely aware of how much the prem dominates , I talk to footy fans at work who have no idea what league we are even in, it's like nothing exists below the top 20.

Yep, it is very much something that once you clock you can't not notice. I work in the West Midlands so it's not as bad as all bar the most aloof Villa fans have been at our level of late. Always comes back to '95 mind, irrespective of what context I mention Rovers in. Don't know if I am happy or sad they have stopped asking about whether V****'s still own us mind.

It is genuinely lovely to meet someone in the wild though whose interest in football goes beyond 20th place in the Premier League. I have worked with Port Vale, Tranmere, Barnet and Reading fans. Much more engaging chats than people who asked me if I watched Super Sunday, or indeed browsing through BBC Sport these days!

Probably couldn't be a more dull draw for us. Winnable though.

The smaller Lancashire sides doing well, Stanley at Liverpool, Morecambe at Chelsea and I'm including Salford at City.

Good pay for all 3 clubs and no doubt one of those games will be tv

Terrible draw all things considered

Some interesting ties though, would be really fun to see Ashley Young face up against his son so I hope that happens

They’re not footy fans.

Why do you want a 'big club'? We're not in the national league, yet.

Really small time mentality there.

Nothing to do with small time mentality but being realistic we are middle table championship team, I want a home FA cup against PL team. Manchester United or Man City, Liverpool or even Everton.

An away cup tie at Boro is hardly great either.

Agreed away at Boro is shit.

I want ust to get as far as possible in the competition. I want to win it.

I don't see playing the likes of the red scum or Arsenal as a glamour tie. We played these teams twice a year at least until the venkys virus infestation happened so yes, it is small time.

Be interesting how many ‘fans’ Accy suddenly acquire…

Already seen some Rovers fans saying they're getting tickets (that's without considering the Rovers 'fans' that watch Stanley every other week at home).

Worst possible draw for us, away, run of the mill Championship fare, and a good possibility we'll be beaten.

In general though some great ties for some of the lesser Clubs. Scandalous replays have been scrapped. How much more money could Tamworth have made if they manage a draw against Spurs?
