We are clearly missing our captain. So…pleased with the result so far. Not to impressed going forward and some last ditch defending. Missing the glue that is Travis. Never thought I’d ever write that! But keep at it and hope for a second. All that matters is 3 points on the board. COYB!!!

Not to be the killjoy, but our strikers are still on a horrific goalless run. Almost 3 months by my count (14th Sep).

Which is insane. Can't think there's many teams about without a single striker goal in such a period.

We cud maybe count Dolan as an attacking forward.

Would love that to change today.

They don't get any service - the next time Dolan or Hedges put a quality cross into the box will be the first time.

Even Cantwell only has one goal for us (a penalty) - we just don't create enough chances / make the right decision. Just then Ohashi had the freedom of the KC to run into after riding a challenge and decided to play it into Dolan rather than Cantwell. Braindead.

Conditions are woeful for football, yet one team is at least trying, and are playing and spreading the ball wide with pace. Kasey Palmer running the show in 2024 was not on my season Bingo card.

Living by a prayer that half, and trying to play like it's a glorious sunny August day.

If there ever was a set of weather conditions for Makhtar Gueye.

Interesting.

Not watching so how's my mate "Never has a bad game" Tronstad playing?

He does what he does best, but think Baker has been invisible. Think the balance of the team is off. Not Trondstad best game, but he is far from the worst one today.

Baker has been neat and tidy. I don't think he's given possession away yet and he's covered well defensively in CM.

He's not busting a gut to get involved with the attack, which is where you miss Travis.

They genuinely have much better attacking players than we do. Their RW is giving Beck a hard game. Beck would have Dolan / Hedges / Weimann in his back pocket.
