Great result in an otherwise uncertain game we scraped it just about no heirs n graces about it but what a defence looks to be very well organised Gueye looked helpful those last few moments aswell. We all knew it was gonna be a tricky one with Bannan pulling the strings but let's have it n move on to Luton.

Cheers for the banter as usual guys

On to Luton let's have it 🔵🔵🔵

It was scrappy, occasionally disjointed, but it was nigh on a perfect away performance. Never looked like conceding and our goal was coming. From there, a masterclass in defending your box.

I thought Cantwell made some superb passes but mainly a lot of 7/10s. Nobody shirked their responsibilities. Gueye superb when he came on, held it up really well.

But it didn't. Get over it.

Bruce isn’t invited to the party, he’ll be telling us all we’ll have a hangover in the morning 😉😂😂😂

Great support from the travelling fans.

Fantastic to get another three points and clean sheet.

And what a job John Eustace is doing. Of course the players deserve credit, but he’s got this squad fired up and the ‘togetherness’ is a delight to see.

Venkys need to back him in January, I truly believe he is the manager to get us promoted.

Sat here in a cold Sweden and just been very warmed up by that brilliant performance and the Pad Krapow my wife just made me.

Man of the match for me.... Big Mak at both ends of the pitch.

Downside is losing Cantwell for the Luton game.

Well done Mr Eustace and the boys.

Bring these ugly winners and opposition hating us and frustrated with how we conduct ourselves feels much better than under jdt bettering teams in possession but still losing and gaining praise from opposition while they walk away with the points. Delighted for gueye, there is a good striker in there just needed that moment to unlock it hopefully. Never since the big Sam/mark hughes eras seen a tight organised defence like this either, obviously those eras are different in terms of quality we faced

Have to say that was without doubt Gueyes best cameo in a Rovers shirt. Held it up well and did some great work defensively

If you take out the goal I'd disagree, though he did well. One or two of his early cameos were more promising.

I'm not going to use the exact words that are apparently banned, but having seen the replays again at the end, I'll be (pleasantly) surprised if he gets to keep that one. Would be a shame.

Hopefully he takes the confidence boost whatever happens.

Disregarding the obvious Burnley in the room, how nice is it to see all northern teams as the top 6?

4 consecutive away games; I'd assumed the last time we did it was back in the Prem winning season.

Turns out we did it last year under JDT, which only highlights how far we fell in the 2nd half of last season.
The solidity of the defence this season gives me hope that we won't see a repeat.

And, again, you can't not give credit to Pears for recent performances / clean sheets.

Chuffed for the big fella. Chuffed for our keeper. Chuffed for our defence. Chuffed for our captain. Chuffed for vice captain. Chuffed for our manager. Chuffed for everyone on here.

Incredibly proud of the team again tonight. It's so difficult winning away in pro-football. Bravo.
