Feels like people are prioritising the Burnley match over the other home games at Christmas. The Hull game would have been perfect for reduced prices.

I recall we got a relatively decent crowd for the Bournemouth home game a couple of years ago, when they opened the Darwen End. Must have been around 19/20k home fans.

This will almost certainly be the highest attendance for a game without price reductions.

They've  cocked up the pricing for the hull game,,,it's never going to be a good attendance at them prices being so close to boxing day and the derby

I'm hoping boxing day sales pick up soon i thought that was going to be a huge attendance

With two and a half weeks to go the Dingle game is already looking like it will be our highest home areas Championship turnout since 2001, and that’s with only 9,000 ST holders to build from, no question the floating support is getting behind the team and turning out for it.

Hopefully we get a few extra season ticket holders next year

The Boxing Day gate would’ve been much bigger, I’d wager, if not for the Dingle game a week later. I imagine quite a few fans have made a choice, and have largely chosen the Derby.

Of course the first weekend of January is usually cup third round day anyway.

You would have thought after seeing home tickets flying out the door for the Derby the thinking would be feck it,lets maximise home support to roar the team to victory and maximise profits,a clear win,win situation for all there...but our lot need prompting.

It beggars belief sometimes.

I know n I don't care what anyone thinks I know the football makes the results but the fan voice has squeezed those last inches of energy from the lads.

I want to get a ticket for me and my dad but would rather sit in the BB upper than any of the remaining seats. Is it a risk they decide not to open it, i wonder?

Honestly with way things are looking I'd be inclined to just bag a pair of best available on Riverside. Still gonna be rocking in there too so just get down good luck

3 blocks in the upper on sale now. 4 points across to Saturday and Boxing Day and wouldn't be shocked by a near home sell out. Credit goes to Eustace and the team - I think a bit of long awaited fight in the last game vs them also helped.

Even with only a few hundred in the top tier I just think it makes the whole ground look better. There aren't many worse sights to me than looking at the Blackburn End and seeing the whole upper tier closed and in darkness.

Great news and fair fucks to Eustace and the team as this wouldn't be happening without recent performances.

Upper tier is around 3k from memory so about 1.5k on sale now, could see us selling them - would be great to get as many of them sold as possible and fill the rest of the upper with flags / banners - will feel properly like a full Ewood, which is long overdue.

Also shows again what is possible if we ever rid ourselves of Venkys and co. and had good value STs (cough Bolton cough)

With only 9,000 ST holders in such a big ground it’s always a real mountain to climb to sell enough walk ons to make Ewood look ‘full’ (ish). So great stuff.

Always worth reminding ourselves that there’s still a sizeable fanbase out there.

Nothing warms my heart more than a full Ewood. It takes me back to the glory years, even if it just lasts 90 minutes I remember the good days.

It's a few hundred more that might spur an interest in regular Saturdays ️

I can feel some optimism in the air and if following Rovers recently has taught me anything, it's to have serious alarm bells about what's coming next...
