Forever Blue Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 (edited) It’s been an amazing turnaround on the face of it. Before this run of 6 straight wins we had only won 1 out of 7 and Eustace had reverted to Eusless in the eyes of some. good runs and bad runs are fairly common in the Championship for the majority of clubs. It’s only the very top teams and the real shite that are consistently good or consistently garbage. So don’t be surprised if we go on a bad run soon. It’s normal in league. If we don’t go on a bad run then we’ve turned into a really top team. Edited December 15, 2024 by Forever Blue 1 Quote

Mattyblue Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Might be misremembering but was Eustace getting much of the flak pre Cardiff or more the owners/Suhail/Gestede? Quote
philipl Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 (edited) Actually it is a bit more spectacular, we have 11 games from 21 December to 31 January! Edited December 15, 2024 by philipl Quote

Mattyblue Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Post match frustration. I would say most on here know where he issues are at this club and it’s hasn’t been Eustace (even pre this run). 2 Quote

The car could be terrible but there's some drivers that can get the best out of the car. Quote

I don't think anyone is giving Eustace any grief this season, he's proved that he's a top coach. All the ire has been directed towards the actual problem. Quote

The Eustace thread had more than a few questioning his competence during the recent bad run. Mercer was one, but then he only tends to appear to peck at the corpse! Quote
Mattyblue Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Of course, all managers get that on forums. Though I don’t think it had returned to Euseless levels on here - though maybe he was a defeat at Cardiff away from it… Quote
