PitchsideShop
Hi, I have created a product that I think will be of interest to this community. It’s called the Groundhopper Notebook. It’s a book that I have designed myself. It is essentially a tool for football fans to use to record information and stats from matches they attend. It was created as a present for a family member last Christmas, and he loved it so much that I thought I would have a go at turning it into a sellable product. If this product is of interest to you then you can purchase one and support my small business by clicking on the link to my website below. https://pitchsideshop.sumupstore.com/ I am currently offering a Christmas discount on all orders made before the end of December. Use code XMASHOPPER at checkout to get 10% off. These make great presents for football fans or you can treat yourself to one in time for the upcoming busy festive football period. Thank you for taking the time to read this post. Billy Pitchside Shop

PitchsideShop
Basically, yes, lol. I have been surprised by how well it has been received. I was only expecting to sell a few for the reason you have given above, but I've done pretty well. Which is why I asked permission to advertise here and see if anybody else would be interested. I do like the apps as well, though, Futbology etc. I have found that some people still like recording their football experiences in an analogue format, which is lucky for me.
doctorryan
This is what we used to call in the US a scorecard, albeit in a multiple games/matches format. They were especially popular in baseball & basketball for decades. Pretty neat.
Old Codger
Well I love it, Billy! In this day and age of everything AI and electronic, I have one phrase I use all the time especially when I'm at work (as a lecturer in a NW University), which is, "What happens if the power goes off?" Analogue is so much more personal, potentially much more enduring, and certainly much more endearing than a soulless app that is probably just stealing any data you put into it. We seem obsessed these days with everything having a digital footprint, and only being of value if it can be instantly switched on (or off) and controlled. I'm chewing over whether to buy one, for someone I know follows the Rovers all over the place - it would be a great thing to leaf through over a pint or two in the summer, once the football has finished for a while. Fair play to ye!

...
As an avid hockey fan I know a few people who used to record games both home and away (hockey stats are somewhat more frequent events in the sport than football. Lots of critical points to note down, times, penalties, line changes etc) and one thing they always used to say "because I enjoy it" Definitely a diary feel to your version, would make a great gift for the travelling fan try Etsy selling on there too good luck 👍
GHR
As a product aimed at groundhoppers, does it include facilities for noting the GSM of the paper in the programme, a list of corner flags touchable, whether the devil's lanterns were on and carpet laid, and come with a random plastic bag to carry it around in?

No, but all great suggestions for future editions
