Has anyone got the picture of him, from the Wolves game, sat next to Waggot? I’m wanting a better picture, than the shoulder picture I’ve got him. Someone posted it on here, but I can’t find it!

Also, I’m hearing tonight- from a good source within the club- that he absolutely hates the spotlight. From the same source, I’ve also heard he was apart of the ticket checking, at one of the recent home games. This is what we’re dealing with, folks!

That’s quite correct about him hating the spotlight. Get him firmly in it and I think you will get some joy.

Great to get two wins since Eustace departed but we mustn't let that cloud the ongoing problems at the club.

We need to keep the pressure on Pasha - it really gets to him. If he feels it's all getting too much, he may advise the owners to sell.  We need a sustained anti-Pasha campaign even if results are going our way.

Obviously, there is still a chance we could get promoted via the play-offs and the team need our support. However, if we don't, I can see the summer being an absolute disaster if pasha is still holding the purse strings and we have half the team out of contract or returning to their parent clubs.

I think the slogan 'support the team not the regime' is perfect - well done to whoever came up with that one.

Here’s something interesting I’ve come across. This is all the spending and outgoings (on players) since 2010. If only we saw some of the £70 million on players!

To put some context to it, out of 50 odd clubs, we’re second only to Swansea, for the money we bring in from player sales, since 2010.

The thing which is striking is how weak and ineffectual the Venkys men have been at Ewood.

From letting Anderson run rioteven in the waning days to the farce of being in Court against their own chairman to the stupidity over Warnock and Coyle to wars with Broughton and JDT then JE and now the continuous leaks of disagreement with Swag and Gestede, anyone would think they are powerless....

Suhail had no prior experience at a professional football club.

Parachuted in from India, but he may as well have arrived from the Moon.

He probably thinks all the shenanigans are part and parcel of how a football club functions.

You have a good point with the lack of experience

It can happen in any workplace - the culture breeds working practices. Suhail has been at the centre of what can only be coined as shitshow management. He has never known any different in football

An often used phrase in the game is - "that's just football for you". You can see how that could be used to almost wash their hands with the consequences of bad planning and general bad management

That is interesting. For all the complaints that have been around about our recruitment, that suggests the people in those positions have done a pretty good job with not very much to work with.

What's even more interesting, is how the owners have still pumped over £200m too, despite this profit on player sales.

You have t wonder, who is on BIG wages here, as I bet my bottom dollar someone other than the players, is on a nice little earner.

Cheques to agents, especially the super agent, who once worked for nothing for us and had the place rocking, might need scrutinising.
