Four seasons in a row now? Almost got us relegated in one of them. i rest my case if they do it again, and it looks like they are proceeding to,then this is the last season for me,they can shove their season ticket up mama venkys *****,i`ll watch the u`21s instead, only a fiver to get in🙂 1 Quote

Bethnal Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Woke up for three minutes at the end there. No urgency after the goal, but save it for stoppage time. Great stuff, lads. Eustace partly to blame with the team selection, the Forshaw sub and very little half time impact, but the players didn’t seem to fancy it and I don’t like seeing that. Mitigating factors, but a poor do all round. Much better needed. Quote
DanielMB Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Thought about purchasing the game on RoversTV. Don’t regret my decision. 3 Quote
onlyoneDuff Posted January 18 Posted January 18 JRC should have replaced Tronstad...absolutely no pace in the squad and I have not seen a worse collection of set piece takers in ages 1 Quote
neophox Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Venkys this is what happens if you don't invest with a golden manager at the helm.....MIDFELDERS/WINGERS/STRIKERS needed. 1 Quote
yankfan Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Outplayed except for 10 min the the first half and injury time. Didn’t deserve anything from it and leave with no points. Real problem if Trondstad is out as Forsaw looks to be well past it Quote
Cherry Blue Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Dear Venkeys. you obviously can't be arsed so please sell the club to a company that cares. 2 Quote

BankEnd Rover Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Oxford are a good side but I think we helped them out. They have 2 decent wingers and we have zero, they ran rings round us that second half. Luckily the majority of games have gone our way. Quote
alex l Posted January 18 Posted January 18 That was poor. Post match from Eustace will inevitably be, and rightly so, that we need quality at the attacking end. Quote
yellowsubmarine Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Not sure why we dont play like the last 10-15 mins before that. Lacklustre through out. Damn Forshaw is really Fleck in disguise. 1 Quote

Andy Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Horrible, horrible performance from start to finish. Buckley was probably the pick of the players today and he was barely average. 2 Quote
BigHoz Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Embarrassing performance. Leonard - wouldn’t make another championship team bench. 1 in 10 Dolan garbage 1 in 10 Buckley ( this was his 1) garbage 1 in 15 hedges garbage JRC - yet to see what he’s ever offered. Forshaw - ows somebody a windscreen No pace, no movement, no fight, tired. 1 Quote

Not seen their offside goal back but that was another GK error. We were awful, felt similar to Plymouth away. The options we had on the pitch to finish that match are laughable. Forshaw and Hedges L1 at best Leonard should be on loan in L1 (if we had any options) Buckley and Dolan, we’ve seen enough of them now 2 Quote
sharpysharps86 Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Surely it'll have to be JRC and Buckley in the middle against Cov. Forshaw sounded well passed it in the end. Very worrying situation with the injuries piling up. How many weeks before Trav is back? 3? Quote

simongarnerisgod Posted January 18 Posted January 18 you saw a tired side out there today, rovers are running on empty 2 Quote
bigbrandjohn Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Oxford deserved it. We offered nothing. Couldnt pass accurately, and nothing up front. Miserable game and miserable result. Typical championship banana skin. Respect to the Rovers fans who made the journey. God we will miss Trondstad if he is crocked. 2 Quote

Backroom DE. Posted January 18 Backroom Posted January 18 We're just lacking quality in squad depth. Fortunately not the only team with this issue, but you can see how hard even just a couple of injuries hit us. 2 Quote
