Agreed.

I think Park was the one who knew his arse from his elbow.

exactly right, parke left because there was no point in staying at a club that is`nt doing any scouting and has no intention of buying anyone, eustace will get fed up and just see the season out,it will effect the players as well

By some miracle, we’re still in the top 6 after a poor run of form. You never know, we might stay in it for once.

Eustace needs to get creative because there's no way we're beating Coventry with that set up.

We used to be decent everywhere but going forward but now we've no midfield.

Anyone know how far Travis is away from coming back?

Totally understand the gamble on not spending to replace Baker and getting a cheap option in Forshaw.

But that gamble could be season defining.

Forshaw was a really good championship player, but he simply cannot keep up with play. Based on that performance his legs have gone completely. I’m really, really worried if we go into the next three games having to pick two from Buckley, Forshaw and JRC.

Only positive for me today was the good game from Buckley.

Forshaw doesn't have the legs for defensive midfield

Pears was back to giving me kittens.

Attacking wise we lacked pace and class. Cantwell for all his tricks, provides feck all end product

That’s the worst I’ve seen us play in years!

can’t win a first ball, can’t win the second ball, instead of Cantwell playing 2 touch and doing well he would rather have 6 then give it away.

no width what so ever when playing 4231 with TC holding hands with our 2 DM’s,

this was my sons 2nd rovers game after Watford away, so 2 losses no goals scored and now he’s saying we’re rubbish and he wants to support Liverpool like his mates,

and I got a parking ticket when got back to the motor. Bad day all round

Once again lose against a team we should be beating. Every year it’s the same shit. Just so predictable.

Venkys and Waggot will be happy though. Don’t you dare dream of promotion you peasants.

With Tronstad and Travis out and them 99.99% not going to invest big I hate to think of what’s to come results wise.

We stepped away for a few years and were drawn back in by JDT but the way its been going past few seasons with deliberate sabotage by those in charge we are close to stepping away again as we are just fed up. It’s just soul destroying having passion for something and it being ruined by fucking morons.

Drastic changes needed but history shows this won’t happen.

Fuck off Venkys.

To be fair Oxford deserved it. Rowett (I hate his teams) has made them tough and strong and very well organised. We got bullied today. Their number 8 is a very good player, don’t know his name

Yep, we need to keep it in perspective as we are somehow still sitting in play off place and even the most optimistic, even Chaddy, wouldn’t have foreseen that. I hope Eustace sticks with us and that they eventually back him, although already 3 weeks late ! It would be more than foolish to lose two good, young, ambitious and aspirational managers that could have delivered a play off place.

Thought Foreshaw looked okay when he came on, but correct he can't last more than 30 minutes.
Needs to be our last resort coming on or to see a game out.  JRC should of come on instead

Can't fault the effort but as we all know, missing that bit of quality (Cantwell apart at times) to open teams up. Desperate for 2/3 signings asap to help the team.

Edit Boro getting beat now at Pompey (still playing) , so back up to 5,th atm

Just shows what a poor quality league it is this season

Is it a gambe though? Or is it a case of you'll have to manage because owners refuse to spend but don't tell the press.

Forshaw looks a average plodder, just like Baker and many before them. He’s not going to make any difference to this team

We could have had a 4 point gap between ourselves and the rest. Now its down to 1. All because venkys won't fucking spend. But oh I forgot quality is coming when it's too fucking late

Only positive about today (random good Buckley performance aside), is that Rovers are still 5th owing to West Brom & Middlesbrough slipping up.

Tired performance by Rovers, reinforcements (and pace) needed asap

Edit - and another positive, Dingles out of the top 2

We are, but it’s like deja vu all over again.

If the owners don’t loosen the purse strings, and the three not so wise monkeys in charge of recruitment don’t wake up, we’ll have nothing to play for by the end of March.

Wait and see what the end of the window brings folks. Maybe it's an adequate midfielder and the 3+ points to make up for having shit all on the bench.

The first 11 are hard working and capable. Beyond that it's utter bargain basement dross.

Adam Foreshaw, seriously?

Forshaw moved like Bradley Johnson without the muscle. Woeful. Passing dreadful too. No wonder he struggled for game time in league 1.

Tronstad is our best player, when he went off and Gueye got booked we were dead in the water. ACD too, I thought was terrible.

That turned into the game I think we all feared. Too much football for a squad without depth, our most important player now injured. Generally the only positive being Buckley had a better game than I thought he had in him these days.

Bad day at the office.

Ah, if only someone with an empire worth £2billion would be show some ambition.
