Lack of transfers really telling now. Some of our better players out and the form has plummeted. 

I really don't see us getting anything from this game now. Our record when we go one down must be one of the worst in the league. Zero goals in this squad.

That’s frustrating, we’ve dominated but trail, really poor from JRC for the goal, the balls there to be won but he’s backed away from it.

Looking to the bench it will be difficult to do too much but the feather in our cap may be the manager in the other dugout is hardly a master tactician

Pears would had done the same.... a bad bit of luck for them as we had a bit of luck last week.....we need to score goals thats it...not relying on our keeper and backline all the time....Dolan, Hedges and Cantwell are all attacking players but uneffective and they DONT SCORE GOALS!!!

Horror show from the keeper.

Thought we played quite well overall. Buckley and Dolan showing up really well but not enough bite in front of goal as usual then the keeper drops an enormous rick and Coventry find themselves ahead with their first chance.

45 mins to save the season.

I still think I must have been seeing things when he had that brilliant run a couple of seasons ago. He was like a man possessed against Huddersfield, quite literally ran the game single handed.

Ever since that purple patch he’s pretty much been back to his terrible self.

Exactly. Made it easy for the striker to nod it in. If he stayed on his line it was an easy save. All the players looked at him cos they knew he’d fucked up.

Not a game we should be losing at half. Much better team, creating the best chances so far. 

Need to keep attacking down the wings. That's where the space is. Keep doing it.

These midweek games are so fucking depressing, we haven't been terrible but we haven't been great. Huff and puff then concede a sloppy goal. 1 or 2 decent additions would make a world of different. Too many passengers in the squad.
