I've no doubt that he's a hard nosed bastard behind the scenes. He builds the players up - encourages them etc and doesn't slag them off in the media, but you don't get these types of performances out of players on a regular basis if they don't fear you.

I read the comments with interest and agree with so many re Buckley, JRC , Cantwell…passengers looking and playing like little boys against men…Hedges, just not Championship level . Yet, we hope every week for a positive outcome..and season after season it’s the same .
A dreadfully run club that is dying on its feet ….its January and the end begins and we all know why. 
They say it’s the hope that kills you but  it’s lack of aspiration that’s killed this club…we’re fools to keep up the support and , whilst we pay to watch , the owners will smile and continue to watch the rot . 
Were conned, and we know we are .

Based on what. How low our standards have dropped if running wide and creating an impossible angle, heading into the side netting with the goal at his mercy, taking a shot from cutting in from the left with whoever it was arriving unmarked at the far post or perhaps another powder puff strike of the ball that draws an easy save. 

He tries and God loves a trier but could and should have been a different story.

Beck wasn't outstanding but was better than Gueye.

Our model is to sell players to prevent the owners having to invest any money into the club so they can hold onto it for as long as possible for reasons that absolutely nobody can fathom.
