Blackburn Rovers Independent Disabled Supporters Club is re-launching in February 2025.  

Our launch event is in the Red Rose Suite at Ewood Park on Tuesday 18th of February, at 6 p.m. 

We would love to speak to supporters and see how we can improve things for all disabled supporters, including your matchday experience and accessibility.

Please ask the club to treat wheelchair users with some common decency and provide a covered viewing platform.

Always summed up this regime’s priorities that they whipped up gantries on the Riverside in days when it had obviously been decided somewhere to focus the cameras on busier looking stands… yet fifteen years on they can’t assemble a disabled viewing platform.

So are you a separate entity to the official DSC and if so what is the reason. Do you feel a need for it?

they can`t even supply catering to matchday journalists and reporters,horrible bunch of individuals

Elliott Jackson told me this wasn’t true BTW, it’s far from the best, but they do provide it apparently.

Unfortunately, this is the reason that we are re-launching. During COVID, the disabled supporters lapsed after Jennifer Lewis passed away.  

We want to hear from ALL Supporters, with or without disabilities.

Just to let everyone know I'll be there tomorrow evening for the relaunch I hope we get a good turnout having known Jennifer for years it was a shock to lose her & now we'll be doing everything in her honour to move this club forward it would be great to see some of the members down there we have some special plans for the club moving forward it would be good to put some names to faces thanks for all the suggestions we'll definitely put them to the club & hope they get resolved I'm often rained on in the Riverside please everyone feel free to spread the word around about the club RT's, sharing is gratefully appreciated. Hopefully see some of you tomorrow night Take care Savio.
