Thought that was a clear pen.  He may not have meant it but Hyam wins the header and then is caught flush.  If you pass the ball in the box and someone catches you once its released, it's a foul.

Not in any way intentional but I guess the way the rules have evolved you are expected to not endanger an opponent. It was very dangerous...
