Waggott needs to get on that phone to India and tell them to offer somebody like cooper a 6 month contract with a very handsome bonus if he pulls off the unthinkable. We cannot waste yet another opportunity and just employ some plodder. We are absolutely knackered next season anyway with our contract and “owner” situation.

Re the family/commute thing (having thought about it further).

I think there are things people put up with when in a job they enjoy  but become an annoyance when the job turns shit.

Richard Dinnis taught on supply at CRGS and advised my daughter to become a Sports Journalist. A career she pursued for several years with the BBC  and still freelances for them. So always a soft spot for him. Found out later that I worked with his sister too

All we know, Chaddy, is that Rovers DIDN'T sign any of those players. The lying scheming conniving scunner Pasha told someone to their face that one of those players was having a medical at the club. That turned out true, didn't it, not.

I was thinking the same. I used to love listening to him on the radio. However, I did feel a bit irked about a hint of Blackburn  inferiority complex, talking us down a bit.

The problem here is our bastard Indian owners, who keep making shit appointments to board positions and sabotaging their own club, whenever we are in with a shout.
