Norbert Rassragr
I dread to think who'd be in if he were to go. We've not had an Owen Coyle or Steve Kean for a while.
islander200
We will appoint Paul Warne in readiness for the promotion push from league one in 26/27
BigHoz
No reason for him to be unhappy, he got exactly what he wanted in the jan window. Oh wait.
Displaced Rover
Rovers instagram have put post up about his one year anniversary. The comments in there show exactly what we’re up against with our fan base. Honestly, a lot of them deserve another 15 years of Venky’s.

Will probably all come down to money. I don't see Derby as having the firepower to get out of that relegation zone. I can't imagine he wants another relegation dogfight. And for the record Warne was seen as an excellent Football League manager before this season - so clearly there's something very wrong at Derby.
MarkBRFC
Warne is a superb league one manager, just never really cut it at this level.
sharpysharps86
If Derby are prepared to pay up for him then Eustace will probably go. I would assume the only reason he hasn't gone anywhere else yet is because other interested clubs didn't want to pay the compensation. Let's be realistic, if WBA had wanted to pay up then he'd be there now instead of still at Rovers. It'll sum up the situation at the club if they lose a manager to a team currently in the bottom 3 when Rovers sit in the top 6 at this moment in time. Pretty embarrassing really.
yellowsubmarine
A lower half Championship team having the audacity to buy off the manager of a team in the top 6 (for now)! This is bloody sickening!
Gamst
I would be very surprised to see him take up a job at a team fighting relegation. He may as well stay until the summer. His stock will remain high however our season pans out and if he does perform a miracle and get us into the playoffs then his reputation will sky rocket. He will know that better jobs will become available if he bides his time. For his career it would make no logical sense to go to Derby County even if he was seriously unhappy. I suppose this will be good news for us, but in reality we will just delay the inevitable for a few months. Meanwhile we face the prospect of having barely any players in the squad come the summer, very few valuable assets to generate income and a manager who will be itching to leave. Venkys have absolutely destroyed the club.

If it is true that they are making an official approach then they will have had some encouragement from Eustace or his advisors.

sharpysharps86
The scariest part about all of this is the list of managers currently available should the worst happen and Eustace does leave. We'd end up with Gerard or Rooney. Christ

Rooney is going into punditry by the sounds of it, which tbf he is probably better at than managing / coaching!
RevidgeBlue
If we lost our second manager in a year, this time to a bottom 3 side whilst we were sat in the plays offs, surely that would finally raise eyebrows and be the final straw for the fanbase?
simongarnerisgod
eustace now 7/4 for the derby job and the favourite, gerrard is 12/1 so the headlines about him are b******s if you look at how swag and the rest of the rabble think,it`s eustace has done his job.we won`t get relegated and we can let him go and collect some compo money,i really honestly believe thats how they see the situation

Polky
Can’t really blame Eustace for wanting to leave. Very worried about the next appointment, I hope it’s not Ryan Lowe or Steven Gerrard.
