Yes I fully expect that narrative from the club, but I do not want it to be said by Eustace. Otherwise it helps Waggott, Pasha and co.

It’s about £4m but half of it comes from funding. I think the cost to the club is about £2m

Yeah, this is the bit that just defies any explanation, which then leads to the view there must be something we are not seeing which leads to conspiracy theories.

Its hard to believe with all the heat from the court case etc they are just ignoring the situation at the club entirely, there must be a reason they want to keep it but minimise costs. But what is that reason...?

They will have no control.That is why 

Clubs that go Into administration it is usually because their external debt is large and the owners can't or wont pay it off and they put themselves into admin.

Most of our debt is internal.

You mentioned selling Brockhall.Why wouldn't they just do that themselves rather than have an administrator do it who will take less than market value?

Nothing like that in real terms.

When the last attempt to sell Brockhall was made I think the figures were it cost £3.2m to run but we got a grant of £1.9m towards the running of it.

A bargain in relative terms you'd imagine most regimes would think.

I wouldnt put it past Waggott to have another crack at doing that at some point.

Then when thats been done, most of the senior players have walked out and Carter's been sold, what advantage is there in putting the Club up for sale as opposed to into administration other than not losing face back in India?

As always nothing makes sense with these lot. The academy has been our life support for players in the first team and provided the biggest transfer fee received for a player. 

Scaling it back makes no sense, if anything they should be investing more into it.

To answer one of your other questions I dont know if Ive been calling for it as long as you, but for the last few months Ive been saying that Eustace needed to be given an improved deal and it was more important than any signings we could make in the transfer window.

Derby has made the approach and activate his release clause cos Eustace is interested in the job and the terms offered.

That same poster said Eustace was given assurances last summer that the McGuire money would be available for him to spend. That didn't come to fruition.

So why would he think any assurances now will be different?

The fan base has been dwindling slowly and those regulars that would bellow out on the terraces have all moved on from football got new lives other stuff to do on a weekend etc

He isn't the decision maker. He is the conduit for the Punekars and right now the only one with a direct line to India. They ultimately make the decisions based on what he tells them.

Cos he is stronger position in terms of league position and he has out performed what most people thought this season would be like
