My feeling is that the approach by Derby is a while in the making. They suss out, via his agent, that Eustace would be very interested, find out the release clause details and how much of wage he wants. Then sack Paul Warne and within minutes the wheels are in motion to set up the appointment of him. Eustace is fed up of commuting, can’t stand Waggot and Suhail, and makes his mind very quickly to move. Next stage is yesterday’s semi cryptic interviews, a quick bye bye to the players this morning and, “how’s your father?”, it’s off to Derby at lunchtime. No matters of principle, just the usual baloney, and off you pop.

Trawling Facebook there is the odd happy clapper having a go at JE but on the whole people are pissed at the club. Atleast this could be a turning point for a portion of the fan base.

The players will know that Eustace was trying to get some movement on their future contracts for Waggot & Co. , and that he’s been snubbed.
I bet Waggot and Gestede don’t wheel any of them out infront of fan groups for a bizarre meeting again this week.

I think, even for them, they’ve massively miscalculated that statement.

We are a fucking embarrassment. Honestly feel like we are about 18 months away from relegation and a horrible downward spiral. 

Don't trust the clowns to appoint anyone capable of continuing the push for promotion. Hopefully I'm wrong but I have a very bad feeling about this

That statement on the official site is an obvious attempt to put any problems the club might be encountering, 100%  onto John Eustace.

No mention of anything the club might have done or could have done better, no regrets that they couldn’t have helped him more in the transfer market.

No, basically the owners and Waggott are doing a sterling job, let down only by Eustace.

It really is such very poor reaction to the second manager leaving for the same reasons In twelve months.

None of it the clubs fault.
