Terms will have been agreed way in advance of the official approach.

He’s as good as gone.

Rovers have made it impossible for him to return.

He's done everything in his power on the pitch and off it. I do not blame him for leaving.

Similar to JDT - DESPITE the utter incompetence at Board level, the manager just needed a small transfer budget to get us into the playoffs. Instead they've refused to back him AT ALL and released that utterly pathetic statement, laying the blame clearly at his door.

JE no doubt saw how JDT was held captive after he was sold a bill of lies and didn’t want to take the opportunity to jump ship while he can.

Not gonna happen. Those conversations will have all been done with JEs representatives in the last week or so.

He was gone before yesterdays game.

Probably gone around 1/11 when Forshaw was brought in to replace the injured Trondstad.  The day he could no longer lie to himself about the club’s ambition.

Or when he got rewarded for keeping us up with a handful of magic beans.

Had it been an normal club I would had been annoyed and angry on Eustace but this club is not normal so you do in some way understand Eustace even if its an bottom club likely to go down.

But if he goes to a Champ club Im still annoyed and Derby and he can wank off with Waggot Pasha Venkys et al!

It's always about the money. He's been offered more at Derby. With that knowledge he tried to negotiate an improved contract. We said no. So he's off to earn more money.

He's not gone to Derby because he played 60 games for them. He's not gone because he is an hour closer to home. He's not gone because they will include him in weekly meetings with the owners. He's not gone because he's got a transfer war chest. Hes not gone for 25k fans at home. He's not gone for a better league position. He's not gone for the clubs, 3rd from bottom, lose 7 on the bounce revised vision.

So don't preach loyalty, honesty, family, togetherness, team spirit and harmony for twelve twatting months when it's all about the dough. We are grown ups. We also need money. Just tell the fucking truth and go and earn your coin.

He's doesn't give a fuck about Derby. He doesn't give a fuck about Rovers. He's gone to grab a bag.

And now, instead of all the fucking useless names of out of work nobodies and chancers being mentioned on here why don't we head hunt fifteen league places above us?

Or get Souness or Allardyce in for four months to put the fear of God into our opposition, rivals and players?

Well we all know why. Because, whilst at long last we have proper professional men representing our efforts on the pitch, we have a bunch of snivelling wankers representing our efforts off the pitch. Genuine fucking self absorbed low life.

Not one of them comes out of this with any credit. Spent a lot of time away from family John? I thought you were better than that. You knew where fucking Blackburn was twelve months ago. Nowt to do with an extra 20k a month is it pal?

Make Travis player manager. Turn a negative into a positive. Unite the players. Unify the fans. Rock the football pyramid. Them against us. If we are going to fail let's fail with one of our own in charge.

But no. We are too thick to turn a problem into an opportunity. Ryan fucking Lowe? Rob twatting Edwards? Steve fucking Cooper? Give me fucking strength.

I was due to retire last August, I had a reasonable salary and working conditions until about 18 months ago until I got a new operations manager, rather than stick it out under an absolute twat till my retirement I gave it 6 months banging my head against the wall and even started applying for jobs, bearing in mind I was very close to retirement.

I ended up jacking and had several months with no income because of principals.

Reckon JE's the same.

Who was Travis fuming at? JE or the club?

What's Travis said? Or done?

Yes, I know, your children will be next.

I don't think that 25% clause was in his contract. Do you?

I'm fairly confident it's in no ones contract - for any industry- to have the appropriate tools/equipment/materials required to do the job. Doesn't mean its not a reasonable expectation though.

I think putting Ccoper in with those two is a tad harsh. Bit of a muppet to be sure but is head and shoulders above them as a manager. Better than Eustace as well.

Still plenty on Facebook blaming Eustace.  Calling him a snake and a shit manager.  They can't see the truth because their heads are so far up venkys arses

Out of work managers at this level don't often get the chance to take over a club in such a league position as ours. It's normally get in there and start fighting fires.

Travis and Tronstad will shortly be reunited.Carter is all but back to help out Hyam and Batth.

Gueye is looking the part and Kargbo and Dennis look good additions.

Get this appointment right and it could yet be a good end to the season.

Extraordinarily naive to think the terms haven’t been agreed between Derby and Eustace’s agent before any formal approach was even considered.

Someone posted earlier today (can't remember who) that Travis apparently refused a meeting with JE this morning.

Travis can jog on then if he holds anything against Eustace.  Another on the venkys payroll

I don't think I agree with you but I admire your passionate rhetoric. Very well put and very heartfelt.

Bravo.

So, when Eustace said yesterday that he was waiting to hear what had gone on with the approach from Derby, it was...deliberately misleading?

Yes but anything can happen before a contract has been signed on the dotted line. Nothing should surprise us anymore.
