Expecting the same team as PNE with 1 change: Cantwell in for Weimann. We simply don't have the options for anything else. Kargbo VISA and registration hopefully all sorted for him to be on the bench.

QPR were on a roll but have lost the last couple. 1 - 1 draw. Gueye to continue his resurgence with another goal.

Brittain Batth Hyam Beck

         Travis Buckley

 Dolan Cantwell Kargbo

               Gueye

2-0 Rovers

Get Kargbo in the deep end don't think we have time to phase players in now. Got to stay hungry

Can I start with QPR and there absolutely disgraceful piss taking ticket prices for a midweek away game to charge rovers an average of £40 a ticket for an adult. Think Friday has put the bit between our teeth again now and can see the Big Mac and new signing grabbing a goal a piece.

QPR 0 2 Rovers.

Apart from Wolves in cup which could be any score I’m looking at us being undefeated in February now beating Plymouth Swansea and QPR but at worst a draw at WBA

But knowing rovers, we draw at QPR, lose plymouth, Swansea and beat WBA 3-0

it`s risking him breaking down if you ask him to do another full match so soon

Travis is far too valuable to rest.  He made such a difference vs Preston and considering the length of time between games and another week on the training ground building fitness, I’d be absolutely baffled if Eustace didn’t start him.  Also our Trav is a warrior, our club captain and I imagine he’d be insistent on playing.

So soon? How much rest do you think a professional athlete needs? If we were playing today and Tuesday fair enough that would be tough, but we aren't....

Our group's losing streak has to end at some point and there's no better time than Tuesday as Rovers have a reasonably good record at Loftus Road.

QPR 1 Rovers 2

We have time to phase in players when there's Hedges, Cozier-Dubbery and Weimann who can play on the wing

As for the Travis posting I will never understand the people who follow football and can't understand why athletes may need to rest to be able to perform at a decent level against other, fit athletes. There is a reason why lots of clubs are having injury crises and the sport would likely improve from having less games to rest the players. Saying we can't rest Travis because he's too important doesn't really make sense if it leads to him back on the sidelines and him missing even more time. Obviously there are pressures which means the players best interests aren't always followed but if he needs it and we can then I'd hope we wouldn't be sticking him in for the 90. The expectation that just because someone is a professional sportsperson means that they can just play limitless minutes or regularly twice a week, even when not back to full fitness would only make sense if the people saying it thought that Travis was going to be up against them.

Defo not convinced by putting Cantwell back in... Think I would actually put in a third midfielder.

But Eustace has been very loyal to him and he scored a great penalty, so Im sure he will start. Hope he can find a way to make more of a contribution. If I was Eustace I would be getting him to work on his position relative to Geuye all the time. He needs to get into the box.

I reckon 0-0 or 1-1. Point away midweek is not to be sniffed either, especially as we are still short in numbers. Going to be a big ask for Trav to start again I would of thought, and we dont look great without either trav or tronstad starting, although trav has had a few days to of rested up, might get an hour out of him. The start of an undefeated league run will do

I like that, it should be made easier with Gueye now actually looking like he knows what he's doing. He's been nuisance value up until the last 3 games, he's now looking like a proper centre forward, and no doubt he'll improve further. I love how he's now rollocking the other players and demanding of them.

Someone sent me a post on Friday night from a Leeds fan. He asked is anyone else watching Blackburn v Preston and thinking Blackburn's big centre forward is exactly what we need?
