Hard to stay deflated when you are playing with someone like Mak, he just comes across so upbeat, like a fan who appreciates just what he has.

Also helps when he gets two goals, but he does so much work defensively too.

Particularly good to see two unfairly criticised players in Gueye and Pears be our two best players.

Pears didn’t do a thing wrong but he was in no way our second best player, didn’t they only have 2 on target.
