WacoRover Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I can understand giving regulars a rest, leaving them on the bench. The game is decided. But, I want to see Woodrow get a runout. I have coveted him for a few years, I think he would do well for us. Quote

Bethnal Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Athleticism of an unfit Dennis contrasted with the gangly take-off procedure that Gueye has when he starts to run is crazy. Gueye looks like a newborn foal by comparison. Could be an incredible double-act, though. Quote

If it obviously clicks that COULD fire us into the playoffs. Dennis ain't lasting long on that right. He's barely moved since going there. 1 Quote

Since then….he has regressed badly. So so poor. He played as a RB that was given free license to drift into CM. Cunha needs a booking for consistent fouling at this point. Quote

And he’s had to change direction as the ball’s come across. As you say, he’s nowhere near Kargbo and the real time replay gives the full picture and context. Anyway, swings and roundabouts. We got the breaks against Preston but not today. It’s a result on a piece of paper at the end of the game. 1 Quote
Trinidad Rover Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Quite optimistic about these new lads in n the championship. Definitely an upgrade. 3 Quote

Nowhere near him is a stretch. He's about half a foot away. And that's a still whilst he's running at pace. I'm not arguing he milked it. Clearly did. But we could probably find half a dozen of them given every weekend across all the 4 leagues. Yellow cards for diving (I thought) were those times when a player doesn't even get touched and flings himself to ground. TV pundits do full 5 mins segments on how 'Harry Kane bought that penalty by cleverly initiating contact'. Just feels like yet another 50/50 call against us. And yet some say- not in a million years. 🤷🏻♂️ 4 Quote
Exiled_Rover Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Is Dennis sulking now he's been put on the right? Surely he can't have lost ALL of his energy in 5 minutes. Quote
Backroom Tom Posted February 9 Backroom Posted February 9 Dolan just slowed down I’m sure he could have kept that in 1 Quote
RTM08 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 The right players went off but we lost all momentum with those subs. Quote

Hasn’t played at this level in 9 months, the adrenaline has probably burned out. He’s doing well to be as active as he is. 1 Quote
WacoRover Posted February 9 Posted February 9 This game similar to the last time Rovers/Wolves squared off in a FA Cup match? I was not around yet, but that one was disappointing, too (& painful to Dave Whelan!) Quote

Bethnal Posted February 9 Posted February 9 ‘Kinell, something about seeing the word “Woodrow” across the back of the blue and white really upset me then. Quote

moerpho Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Kargbo off for Weimann. Kargbo my MotM unless something special happens. Great debut. 1 Quote

RutlandRover Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I see quite a lot of 'there's definitely a player there' comments about Buckley on here. I really just don't see it. 1 Quote
AspRover Posted February 9 Posted February 9 It's amazing how much Dolan runs about to almost never catch up with the ball. It's like watching a terrier chase a go-cart. 3 Quote
jim mk2 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 This is poor, no raising the pace or the pressure, no momentum, no sign of us wanting to save the game 1 Quote
