New manager wishlist

Well, Eustace is looking as good as gone and that statement from the club pretty much boots him out of the door.

Top of my list would be Allardyce, he's openly said on his podcast that he'd come back which surprises me after Venkys sacking him.

A close second would be Damien Duff just out of pure curiosity as to how he would fare after his successes in Ireland.

Rovers should have a shortlist ready to go given Eustace being linked with other jobs and rumours started on Saturday afternoon about the Derby job..

I expected an appointment by WBA game.

I don't think it will be British head coach unless they accept that they will only have a limited say in recruit and their main job is coaching the players and winning games whilst Gestede, Adam Owen and our new Chief Scout picking and choose the transfer targets.

i could`nt give a flying proverbial ****,it`s irrelevent who it is,they won`t succeed, indeed, any manager coming here now is completely off his head or really desperate,we`ll have numerous senior players out of contract by the end of next season,we ar`nt negotiating with them thus they`ll walk away and find new clubs,i tell thee, the end is nigh

There will be plenty of applicants for the job.  Eustace needed the job, he'd been sacked after a relatively short managerial career and like a lot of ex-managers getting another club from the unemployed pool is a lot harder than moving on from an existing job.

Personally I'm in the 'if they don't want to be here then they can go' camp.  Managers come and go, the next may be a dud or may not be, but there'll be plenty of takers for the Ewood job.

I'm disappointed with Eustace leaving and I include him as a target for my disappointment as well as the Board.

Fingers crossed we get a good one this time.

What I do know is that for all the problems at Ewood there are a pile of other clubs who would swap places with us (and a lot who wouldn't).  As a fanbase we have been poorly served by the current absentee landlords, wish they would sell up and jog on but in the meantime put on your tin hats, it's going to get bumpy!

Allardyce for me too.

Absolutely no point having any sort of long term plan so just offer him a massive promotion bonus on a short term deal.

He would take it I’m almost certain.

putting aside they sacked him despite us being in the middle of the premier league.do you really see sam working with maggot and the indian mug(forgot his name)😅,i think he`s retired anyway,so there is even less of a chance

I think I speak for many fans tonight, whilst we are being run by these morons it doesn't matter who takes the job.

Today is just another example of how unprofessional and incompetent the club is.

We, as fans know this, we've known ever since Venkys booted big Sam and appointed Kean.

When will this nightmare end.

I hate Venkys and Waggot with a passion.

40 years season ticket holder, right now I've had enough.

Venkys and Waggot are laughing at us, absolutely taking the piss

Up until recently I'd have said no chance, given his comments though there's every chance. He could boost his retirement fund with a few months work.

Honestly couldn't give a fuck.

That's me done now. I don't fucking care.

I feel very similar. I'd take relegation as far as League 2 or the National League if it meant new, competent owners with money and integrity. Until the owners leave, I'll only glance at the results. I have mental health issues, so I don't have time for a bunch of chicken fuckers depressing me.

I’d like to know how much the use of anti depressants has gone in the Blackburn area in the last 15 years.

If the powers that be at the club had any sense they’d have been keeping an eye on the comings and goings in the managerial field. The Eustace saga has been brewing for a while and I suspect they know that. I’m expecting a quick appointment.
